Just beautiful
This is the softest most beautiful yarn I have ever used. It’s not bulky but has good volume. The colors are gorgeous. I chose stained glass. Yes there are some variations in the thickness of the yarn but nothing that hampered my crocheting. If you need to undo stitches I suggest you are gentle and sometimes it will tangle slightly but I had no problem detangling it. I will definitely buy again.

gorgeous
I love Unforgettable yarn and this color way is the best one yet. I wouldn't recommend this yarn for beginners since the thickness varies, and it is fuzzy so it has a tendency to interlock with itself, making it difficult to tear out should that become necessary. The colors are gorgeous, very rich shades in a lovely combination.

Beautiful colors
This yarn is easy to knit with. The fibers can get caught if you need to rip out a stitch but it does not hurt the yarn. The colors are blended well and very beautiful. I'm crocheting a beret so this yarn is perfect for this.

Nice, inexpensive roving yarn, unexpected stripes, thoughts on using this yarn
I love Unforgettable yarn and use it regularly in projects, including hats and scarves, and soft enough for baby blankets too. I think this yarn produces projects that look decidedly upscale, with a look and feel of quality. It feels soft and a bit fuzzy, but also has this subdued, gorgeous sheen. The colors in the finished project look a little different depending on the lighting. That said, I was initially disappointed with the "Stained Glass" yarn. The photo makes it look like it works up in a rainbow, with more purple. Instead, it worked up with a variety of stripes, in every color imaginable, but all of which could be described as stained glass colors, and despite the variety of colors, they all harmonized well. Basically, it was not what I expected, but the result was lovely anyhow. I used this yarn to make an infinity scarf for a young woman, and she loved it, loved the stripes and colors. (pictured) THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS YARN: ** This is a roving yarn, which means parts of the yarn will be thicker than others, from a slight bulky feel to a thread. The threads are strong, but sometimes I'll do a double stitch when the yarn is extra thin, such as placing two double crochet in the same stitch, making sure to catch both stitches together when I crochet the next row. I love Unforgettable roving yarn because it gives my projects a wonderful texture, with beautiful stitch definition. ** From personal experience, lot number does make a big difference. Check that you have enough for your project. ** This is a wonderful yarn, but it is also inexpensive. As such, one does find knots. With the Stained Glass yarn, transitioning to another color was easy and not obvious. With colorways that flow more subtly, one could end up with obvious transitions. ** It's not too difficult to pull this yarn apart, especially if it's been used over and over (the more you tear it out and start over, the less stable the yarn becomes). In other words, be careful not to make mistakes -- or at least too many of them! ** This yarn will tangle. It likes to stick to itself. Beginners in particular might find this frustrating. Because it sticks to itself, it can make ripping out stitches difficult/unpleasant/impossible. I've been trying to talk myself into balling the yarn, instead of using the pull from the center. Balling is a pain. But so is untangling. All that said, I love this yarn. While it has its issues, it's worth it for the beauty and softness. It's so soft, the colorways so beautiful and rich, and every finished project I give as a gift is always greeted with pleasure. I hope I've been helpful!

Beautiful and soft
Cons: This yarn was a bit challenging to work with, the fibers separate if you're not careful and taking out stitches to fix problems is difficult. Pros: It is so beautiful and soft. The pictures don't do it justice. If you're patient with it, it's well worth using. Makes a very snuggly warm scarf, my mom loved her gift I made with it.

Love the stained glass!
I love it! Such beautiful colors and so soft! I am nervous and excited to make a shawl with this, once I find a pattern! Still a bit of a beginner, but I'm branching out and learning new patterns every chance I get. As soon as I seen this I knew I needed to make something with it, it just arrived and is absolutely gorgeous!

It falls apart if you use it for sewing panels together.
The colors are gorgeous and the yarn is incredibly soft, but it doesn't frog very easily and fell apart when I used it to whip stitch. The same skein had parts that varied from size 2 all the way to a 4 in thickness. The colors were neatly blended in some skeins and barely connected in others. I had the colors fall apart on me several times as if it wasn't properly spun together. I don't know if this is normal for yarns like this because I never buy anything more expensive than value yarn, but this was a real shame.

Tina

This yarn is gorgeous. The vivid colours really sing, and it makes beautiful garments at a fraction of the cost of some premium yarns. It's getting difficult to get it here in the UK- I hope this isn't a sign that Red Heart are going to discontinue it. That would be a tragedy!

Just what I wanted. Have been trying to get this colourway for some time but most UK sites don't offer it. Shipping from US was lengthy but free!
