Amazing for the Price
Installed in my 2010 GMC Sierra and it looks like a factory head unit. Wiring is literally plug and play. Had some issues with the radio but tracked that down to the adapter having a bad connection. Door chimes and blinker is a little rough sounding but I can live with it, may revisit this in the future. Had some issues with the GPS but was due to antenna location, needs to be high and with no obstructions. It's taken me over an hour just to go through settings and learn what this thing can do. It's like a tablet for your car. Really wanted to have the GMC logo as the wallpaper but couldn't find that option in the settings so I went online and downloaded a logo which was almost too easy. Also has to chip off a few pieces of dash behind the unit so the wires and WIFI antenna could fit. And didn't use half the wires the unit comes with. Love the modular ability, not sure what I would've done if I had to stuff all those cables behind the dash. Works well with the steering wheel controls. I've only had the unit installed for a few days and still learning something new each time I use it. Pros: Factory look Almost endless customization Sounds great Lots of different Apps Very modular Seller is quick to respond Cons: Chime and blinker sounds are meh Wires are a pain to organize and store behind the unit Instructions are a bit slim Have an iPhone but unit would probably work better with Android, being it is Android

Great unit, would buy again.
Great so far, only installed it about 2 weeks ago. It was an easy plug and play installation, just remove the factory unit and put this one in, and done. Only issue I have with it, and the reason for the 4 stars, is that the button light go off when the headlights are on and on when the lights go off... Seems backwards to me.

Tech support has been helpful.
I ordered this radio as it said it will work with Bose as well as a secondary amp and sub. With some help from tech support I found out I needed a rca y connection 2 females and 1 male. The sub has been a little bit of a challenge to dial in but that’s a separate deal. I don’t really like the chime I wish there was a way to go back to the factory chime. It isn’t in sync with the blinker. The one problem I have and tech support is working to figure out why, is when I turn off my ignition the radio automatically powers off. Yes I have adjusted the acc off delay. I would also like to figure out how to get the video from my factory back up camera to display on the radio with out having to run the new camera. This radio is just as they say plug and play. I can’t seem to get the maps to work on it but that’s fine I have a phone for that. All my steering controls work as they should and if you have the capability of using your call feature in your vehicle it will still work with out installing the new one which I thought was great! It will take some time to figure out how to use the radio as it is basically a tablet in your vehicle. You do have a USB port on the front although you can use it to listen to music off your phone. You must use Bluetooth only.

SLOW Navi system, NO INSTRUCTIONS!
This thing literally took 1 minute to boot up. The map took forever to load so I just cancelled it and didn't want to fool around with it anymore bc I have google maps I can use on my iphone. There are many options and features but the main feature I'm using it for is 1. DVD, 2. Navigation (which is unbearable and have not yet been able to get it to completely load) 3. all the other options like hands free phone, etc. The screen seems very responsive, the rear view camera is average, night vision isn't too good, very grainy and blurry. Most everything (wires) are included for your hook up but there are NO INSTRUCTIONS! You will have to figure it out yourself. They are all labeled but because it's labeled in English by a NON-English person, 1/4 of them don't make any sense. There are wire bundles that has plugs but can not be plug to anything and there are plugs that seems like it would plug up to something but doesn't fit correctly. Anyways, I'm try it out for a few days and see how it goes and will update this review. But so far, I'm not impress with a $300 unit that doesn't have any instructions. UPDATE: so we're at almost 1 year and the head unit is acting up. it will not shut down at all. I found this out the hard way when my battery all the sudden dies. charged the battery and it dies again within a day. put a new battery in the truck and it dies within 2 days with lots of driving. traced it back to a parasitic draw from the radio head unit control module. unplug the module and the head unit shuts down but now my battery is not dead anymore. $300 for this? don't think so, it's not worth it.

I've had this product for 3 months. Works good so far. Takes a bit of testing and messing around during the install and had to email the seller once, but he was punctual and helpful. I'll update during the winter on how it's working as I live in Canada.
