Mineral Cube Replacement (2 Pack) for Vitalizer Plus Hexagonal Water Machine

Previously I have paid $75 each for these replacement cubes! I have had the Vitalizer Plus machine for over 10 years and typically use 2 mineral cubes each year. Purchasing them here costs less and every little bit helps! Thank you

I need this cube for Vitalizer plus Hexagonal Machine. This cube makes good oxygen water. Only one problem is once in awhile the little round thing which stays in the middle of cube, it’s outside white plastic tube come out of main blue plastic, it is hard to put it back on.

I ordered 2 cubes, placed one in my vitalizer and it did not work. So I called the customer support line and NO ONE ever picks up. I was sure they could walk me thru how to get my machine running. NOTSo I am returning the cubes, which are very pricey. This was my 3rd time ordering cubes so I am not a novice at operating the vitalizer, but people, when you are at a job, WORK! Does your manager/owner know how ineficient their customer support is?
