Toffees were nearly nine years old and not the quality expected.
The "use best before date" on the product was 7/25/2016! The product was hard and dry, not fresh. Unfortunately, these toffees were not eligible for return.

I've had them bEfore and they were delicious. These,were not. They were chalky and discolored.

Unreliable
You get 3 packets. Each packet has 18 toffees in different assortment order. I got 17 toffees in one packet and a broken unwrapped piece of toffee, as you can see in the picture. Unreliable!
