Do the package contain lids?

Thanks for your question. These tempered glass portion guidance plates do not have kids. However, we do offer 3-sectioned portion guidance plates (plastic microwave- safe) that have tight fitting lids. These are called Go-Healthy Travel Plates. Does the box include a chart of how to eat?

No but the plates are very nice and just give you a guide line on portion control.

How deep are the divided sections?

They need to create ones with divided sections... there are no classy looking divided ones... the vines make it look divided, yet classy....but need to be divided

How big are these plates? Are they smaller than the usual dinner plate?
