I have never been a big protein shake person. I HATE the aftertaste and fake sugar always kills it for me. That being said, after not being able to meet my protein goals I turned to a body builder friend. She swore by this brand and she had tried so many brands before this. Pros So smooth. Blends beautifully in my electric blender! I add milk and coffee packets to the chocolate flavor and it's my morning guilt-free, blended mocha. I go to bed looking forward to having it the next morning. Very little after taste from the sucralose I feel full for hours after having this. Super fast prime shipping Cons Kind of spendy when my husband and I both are using it Does have a touch of that sucralose after taste. The flavor isn't super rich or sweet (but I am not convinced that's a con). I am choosing to by the 2lb jug right now as 4lbs is a LOT of one flavor. Chocolate is great for my mochas Peanut butter Marshmellow cookie is very mild but very tasty with a banana and milk added. I was very surprised. I don't like Marshmellow anything. Just ordered the mocha flavor to try it out! Update Tried the mocha. It's OK. It's a tad too sweet without much of a definitive flavor. Will probably go back to chocolate this next round until I want a new flavor.

I'm a long time customer of Trutien. I like the marcos and flavor. My go to protein powder.

This is one of the best protein powders out there. The only one i will use! Tastes great. Not chalky at all. Great chocolate taste. Creamy with cashew milk!

Good flavor, texture is nice. Price is great if you want to try out different flavors and not commit to a big jug. I mix with water instead of milk for less calories, it’s not very thick but I love trutein powders.

This is the best tasting protein powder I've ever had. I bought the chocolate truffle and drink it mixed with just water and it still tastes amazing. It's a little bit difficult to mix, but I just use a glass and spoon and haven't had any problems. I like that there are three different kinds of protein so that my body can get the protein it needs right away and then continue to be fed for a long time after my workout. I've been using this protein for about two months and my muscles feel great and are getting more defined. Compared to some other brands of protein, this one is definitely a great buy and tastes absolutely amazing.

I purchased this sample to try and this chocolate was so delicious. No chalky aftertaste but simply delicious. The only thing about purchasing the full canisters is they are so expensive. Wish I could find the containers for a cheaper price. Overall it’s good and gives me what I need after my workouts!

3.5* Good product that I buy regularly, but a few detractors Good tasting and with a well described protein content profile. Trutein flavors are solid across the board (I believe one of the original founders was a food taste engineer or similar?). However there is an issue with some clumping of a bitter white powder -- probably an anti-caking agent or may be a clump of poorly mixed hydrolyzed protein (i.e. many short chain peptides / individual amino acids, which the human tongue detects as "bitter"). Secondly, it doesn't mix quite as well as some powders (e.g. Optimum Nutrition), but flavors are better than those powders. I buy both and use whichever my mood dictates.

I've been using these shakes for my lunch while I'm watching my macros. I mix them with water and enjoy the flavor. It is very convenient and ensures that I don't make bad choices for lunch.
