Queen Size Mattress Bags for Moving and Storage, Bed Cover

If you have ever tried to move a floppy, heavy mattress without handles, you know it is a recipe for frustration and back pain. I picked up the Nordic Elk Queen Size Mattress Bag for moving and storage, and it is easily one of the best moving investments I’ve made. Why this bag is superior: The Handles Are a Lifesaver: The 8 sturdy, reinforced handles are strategically placed around the perimeter. It makes maneuvering a heavy Queen mattress down hallways, around tight corners, and into a truck infinitely easier. You can actually get a proper, secure grip instead of awkwardly wrestling with plastic. Heavy-Duty Protection: The material is incredibly thick and rugged—miles ahead of those flimsy, thin plastic wrap sleeves that tear the second they touch the ground. It feels durable enough to withstand being dragged and completely seals out dust, dirt, and moisture. Strong, Reliable Zipper: The zipper is heavy-duty and runs smoothly, closing tightly to ensure the mattress is fully protected from the elements while in transit or tucked away in storage. It fits a standard Queen mattress perfectly with just enough extra room so you aren't struggling to zip it shut over a deep mattress or mattress pad. If you want to keep your expensive mattress spotless and make your life a hundred times easier on moving day, this bag is worth every penny.

I purchased the queen size Nordic Elk Mattress Bag to store a memory foam mattress that I could no longer use because of back issues. I wanted something that would protect the mattress from dust, dirt, and damage while it was in storage, since it was an expensive, good-quality mattress. The quality of this bag surprised me. It is made from a thick tarp like plastic material that feels much sturdier than the mattress protectors I have purchased in the past. Those were often thin and tore easily, but this one feels strong and durable. It fit my queen mattress well and even had a little extra room. The included instructions were simple to follow, and the bag was easy to put on the mattress. The zipper feels like good quality, and the built in handles and straps make it much easier to manage. So far, I have found nothing I dislike about it. It is very well made, worked exactly as expected, and was definitely worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to store or move a mattress.

Worked perfectly to pack and move our King-size Purple mattress like a DREAM! The bag is a tarp material and extremely durable, high quality zipper, and glad that it’s water resistant because it survived moving on a very rainy day. Other mattress bags have failed mid-move. This mattress bag made lifting, moving, and adjusting our bed take a fraction of the effort without it. The size was perfect, actually had some extra room too! Great product at a great price!

I used the Nordic Elk mattress bag for a recent move, and it was truly worth every penny. I have a queen-size mattress that is incredibly heavy, and I was dreading having to transport it. However, this bag made the entire moving process go smoothly. The absolute best feature is the reinforced handles. Because my mattress is so heavy, having those straps made it incredibly easy to lift, carry, and maneuver through tight spaces without losing our grip. On top of the convenience, the heavy-duty material and secure zipper did an amazing job protecting the bed, ensuring it didn't get a single scuff or stain during transport. If you are moving and want to protect your mattress while saving yourself a lot of physical hassle, I cannot recommend this enough!

If you have ever moved in the rain, loaded a mattress into a dusty moving truck, or had to store your bedding in a garage, you know how stressful it is trying to keep your mattress clean. This Nordic Elk Heavy-Duty Mattress Bag is an absolute lifesaver. It is incredibly tough, well-designed, and worth every penny to protect an expensive queen mattress. The Good: Genuinely Heavy-Duty and Rip-Proof The absolute best thing about this bag is the material quality. Most mattress bags you buy at local truck rental places are thin, flimsy plastic that tears the moment you drag the mattress across a floor or scrape it against a door frame. This Nordic Elk bag is made of thick, premium, tarp-like fabric that feels completely indestructible. We dragged our heavy memory foam queen mattress down two flights of stairs and across gravel, and the bag didn't get a single puncture or tear. The design features make moving significantly easier. It comes with built-in, reinforced handles that are securely stitched into the fabric. If you have ever tried to carry a floppy, heavy mattress without handles, you know it's a nightmare—these handles give you a perfect, solid grip so two people can carry it effortlessly. Perfect Fit and Weatherproof Seal The sizing is spot-on. It slipped over our thick queen mattress (plus a mattress topper) with plenty of room to spare, so you don't have to wrestle it on. It features a heavy-duty, smooth-gliding zipper that closes tightly, completely sealing the mattress away from dust, dirt, moisture, pests, and truck grime. Knowing our bed was 100% protected gave us total peace of mind during a chaotic move. Final Verdict This is not a cheap, single-use piece of plastic—it is a durable, reusable moving investment. It kept our bed completely pristine, dry, and clean through the entire moving process. If you want to protect your investment and save your hands on moving day, skip the cheap plastic wraps and buy this heavy-duty bag instead!

This is good and did the job when I had a full sized mattress. Ever since I upgraded it to a Cal King I gave it away to the movers. Thick, reliable, closes well and I don't need to worry about water or dust or grime getting in. Stays true to the size! Reliable material and resuts water.

Nordic Elk Mattress Bags for Moving and Storage (King) Heavy Duty Moving Supplies-I very rarely leave detailed reviews on anything but WOW! This is an excellent moving or storage bag. It's made of really heavy-duty tarp material with sturdy handles big sturdy zippers. It even has a slot with a label card so you can make a note what size mattress and or whose room the mattress belongs in. I'm very pleased. I'm a small stature older women and it took 5 minutes to get my queen size mattress 12" in this bag BY MYSELF. This bag opens up so it makes it so easy to get it in, it just slides right in and zips right up. I bought a King and not the Queen size because I thought maybe in the future, I might get a King or that this bag might run small. Not so, there is ample room even if you can a King 14" or Queen 14". So sizing is not an issue. I'm VERY PLEASED. JUST A NOTE, make sure you Zip tie the zipper end together if you are moving the mattress in open truck or trailer, the zippers slide easy and they might slide down and expose the mattress to weather, dust elements. This is so well-made and worth every cent! It is hard to find anything well-made now a days or worth the money you spend. But I give this bag A+++.

Love these! They are sturdy and have handles for moving large mattresses. The only downside is they are difficult to fold back into a small shape for storage. But I love that they can be used over and over again. They are made of durable material with handles for carrying. Made moving much less tedious.

Well made. Strong fabric like a tarpaulin Excellent protection Reusable Highly recommended

How did I ever get by without these mattress protectors? They're a truly great buy. They'll keep your mattresses clean and undamaged when you move, and they have handles, making them super easy to carry.
