Can it be used for filling cracks in concrete?

No. This is an adhesive. There are better products for filling concrete.

Will this product bond to teflon (ptfe)?

I can't say whether it will bond, but I'd advise you to avoid using it. I nearly ruined a calk gun trying to get this stuff out of the tube--I had to resort to using Visegrips to squeeze the handles, bending them in the process.

Will this bond stone to drywall ?
