This cartridge was 50% empty when it failed after 4 months leaving magenta all over the page and sometimes leaving pictures with a magenta tone. The return window closed after 3 months and the option to correspond with the seller was removed. Apparently there guarantee ends at three months . My only option from the Amazon previous-order page is to be linked to their website where customer support describes a standard RMA process involving return postage and Aztech assessment and determination of failure. Other cartridge companies do provide guarantees of up to a year. They also provide and a way to submit information and scans online, and the cartridge gets replaed. Not Aztech! I was foolish enough to buy another cartridge before trying to get compensated for the failed one (lesson learned). I recommend you not purchase printer cartridges from Aztech.

Print quality is very good. I am hoping that it lives up to print quantity, but I will definitely buy again. Giving 4/5 since it’s new to me and I can’t judge how long it will last.

Aztech is the only off brand toner that I've never had any problems with.

This Item prints just as great as the OEM toner. Why spend 5x the money for the same results.
