Unit arrives cosmetically pristine. Unfortunally first unit probably suffered damage to a frozen battery in shipment, Easy process to Return for replacement, but replacement yet to arrive. Necause the first was pristine. I ordered a second it too was pristine and works like new.

Works well for what I need, a tool to write out documents and transport them without making hard copies. It’s a little sluggish at times, and that is to be expected from a refurbished item. Overall, great.

In fact, I relied on assurances from Amazon that the refurbished Samsung tablet was in good shape hence bought it. Only for me to use it for two weeks and a loud strange noise accompanied by relentless vibration surfaced. The tablet couldn't be put off or restarted. Finally when it went off, it couldn't be put on again even after having it on charge for hours. I'm deeply troubled that Amazon could certify such product as good for innocent purchers to rely on.

This is a like-new tablet. The cord is (as advertised) another brand as well as the charger--which does come with it, by the way. Everything is great. I'm unhappy about one thing, but it was totally my fault. I did not catch that it was "WiFi and Verizon 4G" in the title. I only wanted it for WiFi only, so the onboard Verizon junk takes up a LOT of memory, and I constantly have the "No SIM found" notification which, according to all my research, cannot be removed. Again, the fault is mine and the tablet is great. I just hate surrendering that much space to Verizon unnecessarily when I'll never use it. Someone online mentioned inserting a blank old sim card, but they still got a different notification, so that doesn't help. {sigh} Bottom line: It's a great buy with Android 10 on it, and I'm keeping it. (May brave up and root it though.)

I love that, unlike the Amazon Fire HD 8 that I have, it's not locked to the Fire's limitations, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A doesn't need to keep switching back to the limited Fire Launcher from Microsoft Launcher every time I close programs. It holds a charge for quite a while, several hours, and it can hold my 512 Gigabyte MicroSD card, so I can store apps on the tablet (32 GB) and my docs, music and TV shows (M*A*S*H, Full House, Golden Girls) on the MicroSD. Sadly it's too advanced to play my old 12 / 16 LCARS Android apps. (Confidentially, I AM a nerd [and proud of it], so I plan to buy some Star Trek labels / stickers to make it look like a Star Trek PADD. I think it's worth the price, and... if someone has deep, wide pockets or cargo pants / shorts, and they need to carry it, it's mostly pocket-sized and fairly light.

Started to return it, but the person we were giving it to needed it. She isn't a heavy user so it will work well enough for her. This is the second one shipped. The first one they sent was a 16gb instead of the 32gb one I purchased. I never heard if it was a "mistake" or something tried to slip by us. Yes, I've been burned by on line purchases, so I am cynical. The response and replacement was quick, that was good. We were staying with friends in Ok so I tried to have Amazon deliver it here so I could set it up for our friend. Amazon said it would take 2 to 4 days longer to deliver it here instead of my home in Tx. I tried to explain to them that it would be closer delivered to Ok. There was no reasoning with them. So it came to my home in Tx & I had to make arrangements for some friends to pick it up so it wouldn't be left outside in the rain. The Amazon truck has to drive through the city in Ok to deliver to Tx. The highway was literally 1.6 miles from the address Amazon said would take 2-4 more days to get it here.

Got this for my granddaughter. Lesson learned-the SIM card it wants we did not wish to supply kept interrupting usage.

Tablet is in excellent condition. And the battery life is great. I'm using it solely for my Sonos app and it's the perfect size. Best of all was the price and quick delivery. Well definitely use this vendor for any future needs.

I never noticed this item was refurbished or I never would have purchased it. I don't buy second hand products for reasons such as this. The charger is TERRIBLE. Takes at least 24 hours for the tablet to charge and also, when I'm charging and using it at the same time, the battery continues to deplete itself. Yet, you supplied this charger just the same...dishonest seller...never again.

La compré para mi hija, y al descargar el primero juego, tardo muchísimo, y nos notifico qué ya no tenía más espacio, cuando aún no terminaba de instalarse el primer juego; Tarda muchísimo en cargar, para que pasara de 15% a 18% se tardó como 1:30 hrs

Cumple con la descripción y a pesar de que es un producto rearmado no ha tenido ningún defecto y lleva 3 meses de uso!
