Sanniti Spanish Caperberries (Caper Berries) in Vinegar and Salt Brine - 33.5 oz

I did a taste test of a number of different brands and these are the best caperberries I’ve found. Most others have too big a percentage of mushy or overly seedy berries. Every jar of caperberries will have some, but I find Sanniti’s have the fewest. They are also not as salty as many other brands; I have had to rinse others before I could eat them but not these.

This is a new find in my life. They are briny and savory, with a great texture. They are great cold and in a heated dish. A wonderful addition to any Mediterranean dish.

Berries weren’t the same firmness. Love the size of the berries and meatiness. I poured out the brine and added a brine from another product that I like better. It wasn’t a brine of my desire. However, you can be very creative with its flavor added to other dishes. Eating them individually, it’s a no for me as far as the taste.

I saw this on Danielle's tiktok, had never heard of them before and she made them seem so delicious I had to try it. They are briny, vinegary and a really fun little sour veg morsel. They are definitely worth getting, tho the price is a bit high. For me tho, I take into consideration everything that must have gone into making these from growing them, pickling them, packaging them and then arriving at my door - and once I look on all these steps I get more comfortable about the price. If you aren't sure if you will like them I saw they now offer a smaller sized bottle and that might be a better starter choice if you haven't had them before. We like this as a now and again treat, rather than a weekly staple in our pantry.

Exactly what I was looking for: large juicy caper berries. Too many other sellers only deliver tiny berries, these are about the diameter of a nickel each. I will buy again.

I was thrilled with my Caperberry order. They were plump and quite flavorful! The caperberries were quite large, unlike the usual small varieties of them found in most grocery stores. That being said, they were easy to slice down for use in recipes, adding a nice salty n something specialtang to dishes. I would recommend giving them a try. The bottle is quite large and might be a perfect item to share among family and friends who cherish their addition to special dishes. Enjoy!
