Does this fit like a unisex t-shirt or is this more of a women’s slim fit?

The size is for women, but not slim fit type.

Any pilling after multiple washes and wears?

i bought this shirt in black and burgundy. no pilling at all. i will say the burgundy one has faded a bit, but i usually hang this shirt to dry instead of using the dryer

what size should i get it i’m 150 and 5’4

Medium size or Large size both ok.
