It came quickly and works well. We had an EMT show us how to use it. He was impressed with it.

Good Quality; Needs Better Instructional Materials
I am a novice learning to take my own blood pressure. Good quality of materials for this kit. I would have rate it 5 stars but rated it 4 stars for the following reasons; A loose fitting, a spare part, fell out of the carrying bag. One end of that fitting looks like for a hose connection. The other end of that fitting screws into the gauge. There was a clear plastic bag of parts. Had no ideal where they would fit. Cheap instructional sheet of paper. Should have been in booklet form. Needs a parts booklet for replacement parts with contact number

Defective
It was impossible to use this product. The cuff continually leaked air. Even with the valve fully closed, it wouldn’t hold air. Very disappointed.
