Julva Feminine cream is a very good product. Great scent and silky texture. Doesn’t irritate the skin at all. Quality ingredients (see attached photo) and a very good value! Very effective!

Product relieves mild to moderate vaginal dryness & discomfort. Can make intercourse more enjoyable. Probably won’t be helpful if severe dryness exists as this may require other hormonal products. Should use everyday or every other day to see better results. It is non toxic with clean ingredients which is important to me. Been using this for several years. Age 64. This doctor offers free podcasts which can be helpful.

This is a good product but is overpriced. There are less expensive alternatives also with DHEA, e.g. a similar cream is on Amazon at half the daily cost. This one, however, provides the peace of mind that it is formulated by a board certified gynecologist and comes with excellent customer support. They respond quickly to inquiries. This is not just a moisturizer. The key ingredient is DHEA, a hormone that, in postmenopausal women, will rejuvenate the tissue of the vulva and, in other preparations, the vagina. This takes time and often initially causes a burning sensation. This is normal and an indication that it is working as the old atrophied cells are replaced with healthy tissue. Unfortunately, many people give up (and write negative reviews) due to this initial reaction. Maximum effect will take several weeks. If you are concerned about skin sensitivity or allergic reaction, try applying a small amount to the skin on the inside of your elbow for a few days first. I experienced the initially burning but after a few days there was no burning, just a pleasant warm tingling feeling. After about 10 days there was a dramatic improvement in comfort and appearance. The labia had plumped up and turned a youthful pink color. I no longer had the discomfort of dryness. I plan to add a vaginal DHEA insert to treat the vaginal tissue.

Nothing short of a miracle. For 2 1/2 years I was suffering from pain, dryness and irritation ‘down there’ . I had tried almost every cream on the market. I was desperate… my pain was overtaking my life and ruining my quality of life. I was just about to request hormone therapy, when in my search I stumbled on the Julva website. I was very nervous to try it … but within days, I could tell a difference. 1 tube later, and I’d say I’m 85% healed. I use 1/16 of a tsp 5 days a week. 1/64 of a tsp the other 2 days. I’m also taking a sea buckthorn oil supplement call Lubracil. I’m feeling good! What a relief I am 61 and well into menopause I hope this review helps others to try the cream. I guess my only worry is that the cream is safe for long term use. But my research seems to indicate that it is. I’ve been tempted to try her Lip Cream too. Maybe it will plump those lips as well. I have not as of yet attempted intercourse, as I don’t know if I’m That healed…. But just to not have pain and burning all day. I can sit in my office chair at work all day now, without pain! Yay !

It works and it was better than lubricants. After 3-4 days I had a reaction, I end up at urgent care with allergy. I was itching and it was burning and swollen. Unfortunately this product is not for me.
