This cream has worked well for my baby’s face skin. It helped keep her skin moisturized and seemed to calm the dry, irritated areas. I also like that it is fragrance-free and gentle for sensitive skin. The texture is easy to apply and a little goes a long way. Overall, it has been a good option for my baby’s eczema-prone skin.

Mustela Stelatopia Emollient Cream has been wonderful for my baby’s sensitive, eczema-prone skin. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in dryness and irritation. I’m not a baby, nor do I have excema. When I was diagnosed with rosacea I had a hard time finding something that would calm my skin, in particular my eye lids. This is the only cream that stops the burning and starts the healing. Be careful about getting it in the eye, in fact use a q-tip to apply. I can feel the difference immediately, and see the difference and healing in about 2 days. I love it!

This is the second Mustela product I’ve used, and it has not disappointed. As others have said, this reduced the red cracked dry skin on my baby’s face after just two applications. It is extremely hydrating and moisturizing. Even though this feels a little pricey, for such a small container, I would highly recommend this product to anybody whose baby has eczema. If your baby also suffers from cradle cap, I recommend checking out what this brand has to offer. We also use that product and the cradle cap has disappeared. I will keep using this brand over and over.

Works well for minor eczema. But if you have severe eczema, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, I like this product. Combined with Vaseline and Aquaphor.

This is hands down the BEST face lotion I’ve ever experienced. My newborn has extremely dry skin on his face, ears & behind his ears. I was using Dr. Palmer’s baby oil but it just wasn’t cutting it after a week of use. I’d reapply the baby oil 3 times a day but the flakiness would come back with a vengeance. The first pic is June 11th & the second picture is June 13th!!!! His face is so much more hydrated and smooth! Just 2 days of applying this twice a day COMPLETELY got rid of the flakiness AND the baby acne he had. His face is so smooth and soft with no flakies!! Even though the dry skin is gone completely, I still apply it! It is a little on the thick side and takes a little rubbing in to distribute evenly, but the heat from your skin will help it “melt” and absorb into the skin very nicely. I 100% will recommend this lotion to EVERYONE! You can use it at ANY AGE. You’ll never catch me using another face lotion again after using this one!

Great product. The girls have dry skin from swimming and this relieves it like nothing else I have tried. This goes on smoothly, fragrance free, no color left on pillow cases, no greasiness. I haven’t noticed any skin reactions from use of this product. Natural ingredients is a definite plus. A little pricey but I still think it is worth buying. The girls like that it is light weight.

Amazing for eczema on the face. I have oily skin and find that this product works well with it. It does make it harder to layer other products like sun cream on top though. Im hoping to use this only in Winter.
