Magnificent
I have the 24cm as well, that was my first purchase. It's so good I bought the larger pan and now I'm after more. Nice and heavy, good sturdy handle, heats evenly, nice to cook with. Recommended to a lot of my friends.

La padella è eccellente e la cottura e altrettanto eccellente. Antiaderente in maniera completa, mantiene il calore anche con alimentazione ridotta (sia gas che induzione). L’unico problema, se di problema di tratta, è l’elevato peso della padella.

Extremely well conceived, made and finished, and superb for searing meat. After two months there is no sign of deterioration, and hand-washing should help to preserve this for as long as possible. The solidity of the pan means that it is heavy: anybody with significantly below-average strength might find it had to lift onto and off a hob.
