I’ve been using Further Food Superfood Turmeric Root for a while now, and it’s honestly become part of my daily routine. I like that it feels clean and simple—no weird aftertaste, and it mixes pretty easily into smoothies or even just warm water with a little honey. What I’ve noticed most is the subtle difference in how I feel—less stiffness, especially after workouts or long days. It’s not some overnight miracle, but over time it adds up. If I had to point out a downside, the taste on its own is still… turmeric. Not bad, just something you’ll probably want to mix with something else. Overall, it’s a solid, natural addition if you’re looking to support recovery and general wellness without overcomplicating things.

This is very soothing. I have it in the morning to lower inflammation in my body and start my day in a healthy way. Tastes good. I heat up some water then stir it in and drink it before or with my breakfast. Then I take my vitamins, stretch and move into the day. I’m over 50 so I am doing morning routines to fortify my health. I wish it wasn’t as expensive though I do feel better taking it. I recommend it!

I have been drinking this every morning with a couple creamers and 2 Splendas and it taste great, I made a couple drinks for my coworkers, and they liked it as well. I had to go onto another website to see what the sugar and calorie content was since I did not see it listed on this Amazon site. It states no sugar and vegan and keto friendly so that was nice. I cannot tell you if it helps with any inflammation due to the fact I suffer from extremely tight muscles in my neck and shoulder area and do medical treatments for that. I am currently having a flare up and am trying this in between medical treatments to see if it helps with the inflammation. To soon to tell I suppose. I think the small container has a fair amount of product versus the price.

I bought PaleoValley's Superfood Golden Milk powder and was looking for a cheaper alternative. Upon reading good reviews, I was excited to try this one! My boyfriend and I prepared a cup according to the instructions and I made mine with almond milk & His with regular milk. Unfortunately the taste was less than enjoyable for both of us. We added some honey, and it helped slightly but not by much. We both finished our cups, but I started feeling nauseous before I even finished. We drank this about an hour or two before bed, and that was apparently a bad idea because both of us had a very restless night's sleep. I'm thinking this gave us energy, so I would advise to try it in the morning instead. I am going to keep this and give it another try some other time, maybe with a smoothie or a soup. But sadly I don't think I can get past the taste. 😔 back to PaleoValley I go!

Works great for boosting immunity! I bought it for my mom at first, and ended up getting some for myself and friends. The powder form is not the most convenient, but I almost feel that having a daily ritual of drinking a warm drink is therapeutic in a way. I mix with some hot water, and then add some oat milk, or a creamer of choice. It tastes better with dairy or dairy substitutes. The flavor is earthy and aromatic, mixes well with liquids. But just know it doesn’t dissolve so might wanna stir it up well before taking the last sips. Oh and turmeric stains, of course, so beware
