Works very well - love the tube as I can tighten and don’t have to worry about leaks in my swim bag as with other containers. I swim for hours at a time and this left my skin and hair nice n soft without dryness from long exposure to chlorine - no more white dry skin

First off, this stuff is not so runny as all the reviews say. I'm not sure what shampoo people are accustomed to around here, but this has about the same viscosity as the Prell and other shampoos that I'm familar with. It is vey clear and maybe that makes it hard to see, but that's nothing to do with viscosity. The smell is nice. Good lather. I've only used it once so far and I think It helped a lot with reducing chlorine odors and the chlorine sneezes that I get. I plan to buy another one when I run out.

Needs to be thicker, more viscous. Otherwise, pretty nice!

There’s a very nice scent, but it does not lather well and seems like it takes a fair amount of soap for a shower after the pool. The packaging is very poorly designed and it leaks even when cap is closed. It’s too bad that the leaking occurs and it takes a fair amount if product because it works really well.

I do not normally have allergic reactions to chlorine. However after visiting friends, using their hot tub and pool … I developed an itchy dry rash from their chlorine. It took over about a week to go away. After reading that chlorine does not easily wash off your body, even after regular soap or body wash…I started researching chlorine removal. Purchased both the body wash and Barrier Pre-Swim cream. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING BOTH TOGETHER. Worked like a charm. Right before getting into the pool, I rubbed their barrier cream over the areas of my body exposed to the pool. It has a waxy feel to it but is not uncomfortable. To the touch it’s feels waxy though. Did not affect the water at all. (Make sure to apply to all areas of the body, even underarms or places that sweat. External use only though) Rinsed the barrier cream off with the body wash. Then washed my body again with regular body wash. WORKED LIKE A CHARM! So pleased I’ve already purchased more to have on hand as summer is approaching. A tip : the viscosity is very thin … but! It lathers you quite nicely. The tube is not ideal for careful dispensing. It runs out too fast. I recommend getting a travel shampoo bottle or different type of bottle to keep it in. But it does lather up and it works! I even rinsed and washed my suit in it.

Product came unsealed which unfortunately I ignored. I’m in the pool once a week so I really need a product that works to get the chlorine off. This is not it! Extremely watery. Barely lathers. Broke out in hives after the first use, I didn’t think it was the soap at first, so I gave it another go, and broke out again.

I swim every other day and I hate the smell of the bleach afterward. It makes me wanna throw up. Tried Triswim before and it does take out abit of it but not like this brand. Tip is that you will need to leave the gel on your hair & body for awhile so they can work on breaking the bond of bleach attach on your skin. Work everytime and now I don't go home sleep with my bleach body !

It smells nice. It's very lightweight and does a decent job moisturizing. But it is soooo watery. It's basically impossible to not squeeze out too much. And it's so watery that you don't even have to squeeze the tube...a ton of it oozes out at the lightest touch. So you will definitely end up wasting more than you will actually use. Also, the cap is garbage. Never did close properly after the first time I used it...more wasted product due to leaking cap. With these issues, it is not worth the $$$.

The product arrived in very bad state it was leaking and it made a huge mess.

I also encountered the leaking during shipping, even though there's a bit of plastic wrapped around part of the tube. Very thin. Seems to be working so far.

I am not sure if this is effective or not. I haven't noticed a big difference over washing with regular shampoo after swimming. The consistency is VERY watery and a little squeeze produces a laser of liquid being shot into your palm in a larger quantity than intended. I am not sure that it has been worth the price.
