Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Wet Dog Food

I’ve used this brand and this wet food for years. I open a can, pull out my ice tray and fill it to freeze, then put the cubes in a freezer safe container to have on hand. One can will usually fill one tray, not fully to the top, but the right amount for my purposes. I use it for my Golden Retriever puppy, who’s teething and she thinks she’s getting a steak treat! As soon as she hears the freezer door open, she rushes to her special treat mat, waiting with high expectations! It’s also helping with her training. I’m confident I’m giving her not only a value treat between meals, I’m giving her something safe and nutritious that won’t mess up her system. I also do the same with pumpkin purée. If I need to, I can always microwave it for less than 30 seconds, making sure it’s not too hot first to mix with her kibble. It’s nice having options and no waste.

Very good food for your dogs with sensitive stomach. It’s wet food with no unpleasant odor. Veterinarian recommend. It’s worth the price and my dog loves the taste. Very well digestible. Soft, wet texture. Appearance similar to homemade.

Order for my 15 year old, thirteen pound terrier mutt. Been feeding her this since I adopted her in 2020 and Vet comments on how healthy her fur and weight is for an elderly pretty inactive dog. Highly recommend.

I have been using science diet for Teddie for about a year. He would have on and off vomiting episodes and his business was almost always lose. I also switched over to a freeze dried food and supplement with hills science diet. Once in a great while he gets an upset stomach. The Vet had recommended both and it's been working very well. He seems to have more energy and is not scratching. I tried many different kibble. But this combo works... And he loves it!

The last two times I ordered this product-the consistency was different--more glandular---any reason why?

Our little Chiweenie is older with a sensitive stomach. She gets along very well on Science Diet. We do supplement this with a small amount of vegetables and pumpkin puree.

Recommended by vet and heartily endorsed by a certain 17lb pug mix, age 11. It’s more expensive than most other canned dog food but not a morsel goes to waste. The recipe is mushier than it used to be (denied by Hills but I saved a can from an earlier shipment as proof). After a half-year of serving it straight up, I’m now using it as a topper on Science Diet kibble for old, small dogs. The combination is nutritious, simple as can be to prepare, and my old girl thrives on it.

My dog loves it and his gas production has decreased a lot!
