Liverpool Jeans Company Women's Petite Blue Jay Way Sadie Straight Leg Jean

I so wanted to love these jeans. The reviews were great, I was excited to find a new jean company and I got them and a pair in black in time for Christmas parties, expecting to wear these new classy jeans. What I got was denim pajamas, in a very nice wash. These jeans went from a loosey-goosey fit to formless, baggy pajamas before I even left the house. I looked like a bag-lady. Either all the other reviewers like the stretched out look or I got the jeans-from-hell. Hoping to salvage these jeans, I wash them following directions to the letter. Nope. Still pajamas. Then i washed and dried in hot water, expecting they would shrink and fit. Nope. The color is great, the fabric is soft. VERY soft. I was not buying denim pajamas, I was buying jeans that some reviewers said could be worn 2-3 times while still holding their shape. Huh? Since I washed them, I was stuck with expensive bag-lady pants, but I returned the second pair. I always read Amazon reviews and have rarely been lead astray but this time I feel I marched off the cliff following the favorable reviews. I am so disappointed.

These don't seem to have as much stretch as another pair of Liverpool jeans I own that fit really well. Despite being the same size as the other pair, these were on the baggy side by the end of the day.

I like the jeans but they do slip down around the waist. I have to wear a belt with them which is a little annoying.

I usually wear bootcut jeans, but decided to purchase a straight leg to give them another try. Glad I did - these jeans feel so comfy and I love that the rise isn't so low that I have to worry about exposing myself, but not so high that they feel like "mom" jeans. The straight leg is great for tucking jeans into boots, and they look good on their own with flats, heels, etc. Very happy with my purchase.

5' 4" (almost) curvy 125-130?lbs person looked great in them! Hard to buy for someone else and these fit her perfectly so I tried another style of Liverpool petite and they fit again. I think this brand is good for this body type and inseam isn't crazy short so even works with this height. They are super soft, sexy, stretchy and awesome

These are the best jeans I have owned. The fit is perfect and stays that way wash after wash. These jeans do not fade no matter how many times they are washed. I hope this helps.Elaine Lombardi

I bought another pair of this brand of jeans at Ross and knew I needed more. They fit so perfect, like they were made for my body. I am a pretty curvy girl and it is hard to find jeans that fit right on my hips and butt. I love these, and would totally buy them again.

Grrat fit. Stretches out a bit by the end of the day though.

Very disappointed - the jeans have been modified and do not fit the way my last pair did. This, despite ensuring I provided the exact make and model number that I purchased earlier. I will not be purchasing this way again.
