I'm not sad about them shipping it anyway, but i am sad that they shipped it in a bag instead of a box. The wing is chipped, but I can fix it. I ordered quite a few metal insects and flowers for a wall project and this was one of the nicest things i received. Not worth the hassle of returning it, i can just paint over the chipped area. Perhaps someone who has a mind can see that this is a fragile product and wrap it in something then an envelope with stupid bubble wrap that doesn't protect crap.
