Great kit. I prefer using metal hooks for use because the yarn glides nicely on them for quick stitching while theones made with plastic material kinda grips the yarn a tad. This kit has all the sizes I could need from 2mm to 10mm. The stitch markers are a nice addition and it comes in a hard plastic case so they always stay together while storing. The case is the only complaint however as it is very hard to open. Pulling at the outer corners and working around it is the best way to open it. You dont have to worry about the case opening up when not wanted though! You could probably throw it off a cliff and it would crack/break before it would open up lol.

What a great set! The hooks feel nice in my hand. Love the stitch markers. The box is tight to open as another reviewer said, but I like the portability of the box. I keep the whole set neatly in my crochet bag.

The crochet hooks and stitch markers came with a wonderful plastic case. I use the case to keep the hooks and stitch markers contained which enables me to immediately select the appropriate size needle. These needles are true to size so can easily be substituted for the same hook regardless of manufacturer. I strongly recommend these crochet hooks.

This is a very comprehensive set of crochet hooks. It includes ergonomic hooks with a rubber handle, aluminum hooks, and steel hooks as well as a lot of other accessories such as needles and measuring tape. i was confused by the number of knitting items in this crochet set. I don't knit so I gave my daughter all of those. Also, my set does not have a 5.0mm /H aluminum hook though it does have that size in the ergo hooks. That is the size I use most often but I have others so it's not a big issue for me. The case is very nice and looks sturdy. There are two zippered compartments with an additional mesh open section and a small zippered pouch. All of the hooks are in their own spot. Overall, I thought this was a good buy. I bought a second set for my niece who is just learning so she'd have a variety of tools.
