Laptop Bag for Women - Hong Kong 15-inch Beige Computer Bag/Briefcase for Women/Work Tote Bag for Women

This bag is absolutely stellar. I use this as my everyday work bag and I am able to fit: notebook, planner, lunch, make up pouch, pair of ballet flats, lotion, MacBook air, and a spill proof coffee mug to name about half of the items. I also have a scarf I use as a blanket when I get cold tucked into the main compartment. I use a side compartment for body butter and kleenex and the other I alternate the small pod I have that stores my ear buds and other things I want to have accessible. I tend to use the front zipper compartment for small items I don't want rolling around at the bottom of the main compartment. One of my favorite features is a space for files next to the laptop sleeve. It's enough space to get me to pare down and not take any more than I need. When I am on the go I use the long strap for cross body carry -- and if I need both of my hands I thread the long strap through the handles and fashion it into a BACK PACK!! YES! Because of the wide, sturdy straps - it's a comfortable fit (if you plan to do this I recommend using the strap at max length). There is not a loop for stacking on a suitcase, but you won't need it - the handles are perfect for keeping it on your wheeled carry-on. It is slightly bigger than many traditional laptop bags - but the trade off is I don't have a cumbersome, bloated, common, plasticky, ugly gray bag with papers poking out of it; instead I have a very elegant bag that is impressive for its looks as well as it's versatility. When you have a heavier laptop - yes, this bag will feel heavy. Now, I must say - that If you are carrying a laptop bag, a purse, and a lunch bag - it's time to streamline into a carry all like this beauty!

I've been looking for a wider laptop bag for traveling, while looking nice for going to the office (not easy to find!). Finally, this is it! It's not huge, the height is actually a tad shorter than my other one and width the same, but the depth is easily at least 2" deeper, which may not sound like alot, but makes a HUGE difference in what I can fit in the bag without straining the closure. A big difference is that the top is made to be about as wide as the bottom when zipped too, whereas other bags zip the 2 sides together creating a small space on top (and gradual on the way down, so alot of the space lost!). I love the front pocket with slots and the side pockets will fit the water bottle I always buy at airports if I leave the flap open (easy to put in and out as I sip it). Nice materials with soft interior, and both options for handles or shoulder strap is great! I was a bit concerned about fitting my 15" Dell laptop (not exactly slim) with extended battery sticking out the back, given some of the comments, but it fits fine except for the top flap is just slightly too short, but with the zipper top it doesn't matter. The color is nice and neutral (I'm tired of black), but I wish there were other colors to choose from.

It finally arrived. Well, I really checked the measures before, but the size of it was still a surprise - I guess those inches add up. I know that I will appreciate how roomy it is on my business trips, but I think it might be too big for me for everyday use. This is a slight disappointment. I was looking for an excellent replacement for my old bag that is falling apart. By no means I would get a smaller bag than my old bag, so I measured carefully. I remember those days when it was used up to the last centimeter! And I know how I appreciated that it accommodated so much on the trips. My old bag was never ever questioned as a carry on even on smaller, propeller planes with reduced size of luggage compartments. With this bag, I imagine I will be sometimes asked to hand it over to be stored separately. This will be my absolute favorite for business trips. I like it how elegant it is. Yes, it is true as another reviewer pointed out - it will be a poor match to yoga pants. It is not a yoga class bag, that's for sure, but don't you have many of those already? Or a backpack ... Complaints on weight: bag is not light, but I do not think it is too heavy. If you want something of high quality and sturdy, you will need to carry some weight. It is a pity that the laptop sleeve cannot be removed, but I also appreciate I will never be without. Otherwise, take your fabric or plastic bag and enjoy the lightness of it. In summary, this is a small suitcase more than a bag, could even be used for a day trip (but not more). I think I unfortunately need to purchase another bag for daily use. My old bag has seen the world with me and did not occupy half of my cubicle. If I could find an exact replacement for it, I would buy it immediately. But I have spent searching the web for days and found nothing alike. It has to be elegant (almost overly elegant, otherwise I can just use a backpack), somehow this size, but less bulky and (very very very important!) it has to have handles about the same length as Hong Kong, because I am not fond of cross-body shoulder straps or carrying only by hand. I tend to put the bag on my shoulder by using those handles. I do not know why it is so difficult to find exact same type of bag, but feel free to drop me suggestions. I cannot tell you how much I love this bag!! Purchased to use as a carry on for traveling for work. My 15" Dell notebook fits in no problem with room for a Kindle, a couple small books, a notebook, computer charger, wallet, water bottle, and other small items. The bag fits neatly under the seat on an airplane, and it's easy to get items in and out of the front and side pockets when seated. The shoulder straps are the perfect length to carry around the airport or to and from meetings. I carried this bag for three days around San Francisco and got many compliments! So glad I found this for my work travel needs!

Horrible, cheap plastic bag. Would not recommend.

Made in China !!! Looks like cheap plastic but have plenty space ,, Love the inside. Will see how long with last.
