I would like to order multiples as gifts. How are these packaged?

I received mine in a hundred little pieces, even the box it came in was damaged. I ordered in November 2018 & still have not heard anything from them. I even send pictures of the damaged pieces & still no word. ☹️

Where are these made?

Very pleased and so are many of my friends. I also purcased some lose tea that was delicious. Some tea leaves sink to bottom of cup but that was expected.

Can I buy just the lid only?

You can call and ask it doesn't hurt to ask. But I haven't seen the lid sold separately. They sell it as a four-piece. I wish I could help you more.
