Not for beginners, however, if you start from 1kg then 2kg these will be no problem whatsoever.

Don’t be fooled by the misleading picture!
Good dumbell. However I was expected two due to the plural dumbells in the description and the picture of two! Very misleading not happy at all! £20 for one is very expensive for a very basic and small weight not worth the money £20 for two would have been ok not good but £20 for one disgusting. Clearly taking advantage of the current pandemic disgusting!

Prodotto ben fatto.
Nulla da eccepire. Fanno il lavoro. Non sono una “cinesata”. Sono solidi e di un materiale rugoso che ne facilita la presa e l’aderenza alle mani. Non saprei cosa altro aggiungere. Davvero fantastici per quello che devono fare.

Premetto che il peso da 2 kg è buono ma ho messo due stelle perché viene scritto che è in copia di due pesi per kg ed invece mi è soltanto arrivato un peso solo, e quindi volendo acquistarne un altro della stessa portata è eccessivamente caro.
