I managed to clean my windows and the results very very good as you can see they are high, this is a very sturdy product, and although it felt a bit heavy it is ok to use, just need a little rest in between the jobs . Also, as you can see in the photos, I used the pole to paint a wall that the painter missed!! This product is just fantastic, highly recommended.

OK I know this is kind of expensive but here's the thing. You get what you pay for. And in this item you have a top quality piece of kit. The circumference of this pole is about an inch to an inch and a half and yet although its 4 poles in one isn't mega heavy. It feels like aluminium build with a great anti slip strip of some kind of rubbery cloth so your hands don't slip on the pole when they are wet because you can seriously hurt your back if you lose control of the pole in any of kind of wind. No joke, a friend who was a caretaker ruptured a disking his back like this so safety is important! This kit gives you pretty much everything you need to do a top notch job with the possible exception of a microfibre cloth to dry away any smears from the blade. The levers for extending the pole are a little stiff and no instructions to tell you to twist the pole to extend it but hey its new right? And I would rather have the levers stiff than not be able to trust them to hold the pole firmly in place. sJust be sure due to the warning earlier to pick a calm day to clean your windows and I'm sure you will love it! :)

I'm a total novice at window cleaning but after watching a few videos I had a go with this on my 3 storey townhouse. The top floor windows were just within reach of the pole at max extension. It's pretty wobbly at such a length but this is to be expected. My first attempt wasn't that bad. A few smears at the top left over but that's probably due to my technique not being right. The windows themselves came very clean in general however and I'm sure with more practice I'll get a perfect result. If you're willing to be patient and master the art, this baby will pay for itself in just 4 professional window cleaning visits, so over time is going to save you a ton. And you can also brag to the missus about how much of a man you now are

This is an excellent, sturdy pole with plenty of attachments for high window cleaning and other dusting and cleaning. The pole extends far enough to reach my highest windows and also the coving and top of the two storey internal walls running up my high stair well. I am delighted with the product, although a little on the heavy side.

When I used the pole it was simple to set up and once you got the hang of the angle for the mop and squeegee it cleaned the windows perfectly, saves paying for a window cleaner and only took a few minutes. My only criticism would be the longer you extended the pole the more uncontrollable it became as it started to gain a mind of it's own! Other than that, great job.

I had seen the pictures, measured the height required for my rear bedroom windows and this product was the only one which would do the job - and after some initial experimentation, it does an excellent job. Just pointing out something which with hindsight is glaringly obvious, that extending the pole to near its max length and steering it on the windows needs from strength in the arms and shoulders. Overall - very very well made, flexible, well designed product

Kit arrived safely and well packed all in a single carton. Slight 'ding' found on lowest pole section, but not serious. Extends, as advertised, to well over 2 stories height, so should prove useful for ground-based tasks, without need for ladders. Intended for use in window and PV Solar Panel cleaning, cobweb removal from high level ceiling corners over staircases, along with use in keeping gutters clear of leaves and debris. Only tried the latter so far, in tandem with ProGutter scraper fitting. That proved partially successful and required some practice to perfect at height, as scraper tool seemed to jam in places, probably due to some overly protruding tile edges that are invisible from ground level. Releasing required some trial and error manipulation and, once achieved, proved easier to both avoid and release afterwards. Looking forward to easier completion of window and PV Panel cleaning tasks. Comfortable release (and re-locking) of the pole section clamp devices can be difficult, particularly with cold fingers. Locking lever pressure pads could be wider for comfort. As delivered, some needed considerable force applied to release, or re-clamp. However, their fixing screw adjustment provided a remedy, although care is required to avoid over-loosening, so that the lock can slip in use. But, overall the Pole looks to be a useful tool and I'll be keeping an eye out for additional devices to fix at the end and carry out other tasks.

Only used this once..tricky at first I’m hoping with practice I’ll get a better clean on the windows.. hard to line up mop with screw on attachment so you can use the angle adjustment.. it is sturdy not as light as you might think, it’s made well. When it’s pulled out to its total length it’s quite shaky very little control.. I have 3storeys so I don’t know if it’ll work .. much better on 2nd level windows.

Not that you need this type of pole very day, but when you need it, you need it. Wow! - I was able to clean the exterior windows on the second floor of my house for the first time in 5 years! The pole is a little ungainly when extended out so far, but I was able to scrub the windows with the included washing pad then rinse off with a hose on 'jet'. No ladder required! After windows were complete, I switched to a 'Quickie' duster head and went after spider webs in the soffits around the outside of the house. Made the wife happy (happy wife - happy life, right?) Next up is to use the included indoor duster and get the spiderwebs up in the vaulted ceiling areas of the house. I like that the pole has a universal (male) screw thread that will accept other accessories in the future such as a paint roller. This is one of those tools you start looking for a reason to use - it is that cool. The adjustments are a quick, lever-action release, so no screwing or unscrewing each section. It was quick and easy to extend or retract as need be for the job at hand. There is a bit of flex when extended nearly all the way, but this is completely understandable given the light weight. Great tool, glad I purchased it.

I have a few windows over 25' in the air and this finally allowed me to reach them to clean for the first time in 3 years. It is sturdy but fairly light weight. It works great to wash the windows with the shammy and them use the squeqee to rinse them. Great value for the money.
