It will fit, but as someone who replaces these on a daily basis and I have tried just about every cold water inlet valve available, I HIGHLY suggest purchasing ANY cold water inlet valve from a certified OEM manufacturer dealer. In the past 6 years I have seen how devastating these cheaper inlets can be, and as a matter of fact, I’ll be posting a video to my social media accounts soon to show why and how. If you are saving the money by doing it yourself, this is one specific part that definitely recommend spending the extra 20-40 to buy OEM. Unless you’re purchasing from the manufacturers verified store on Amazon, you are likely not getting a true OEM product, rather a replica built to specs, but with cheaper quality components

will this work on a LG front loading washer model number wm2077cw ?

I would take the bad part out of your washer and look for the part number on the device and cross reference it on Google for the answer. Be sure to mark all the wires and hoses so you can easily put it back together with tape that you can write on. When the part arrives in about a week all the wires and tubings look the same and you could easily put them on wrong. Look up the part number on the device itself not the washing machine. You should see the part number when you take out the bad part marked somewhere on it.

Good quality but loud.

The valve assembly looks good built quality, but noisy. Easy to install, fit perfectly. When machine taking cold water it’s very, very noisy. It makes whistling loud noise, which is disturbing. Well, it stopped leaking, that’s why I give it four stars. But if you can find the original one go for it, even if you pay extra money. extra money.
