Works great for my outdoor camera
Third purchase for outdoor rechargeable security cameras. I hooked up the first panel last August to a rechargeable camera with the panel facing south. Since that time, I have not had to recharge it via other means. It will sometimes drop with a lot of overnight activity and / or cloudy days - I have it go as low as maybe 82% or so, but it will eventually get back up to 100%. Second camera is inside my garage with the panel in a window; not performing as well being inside the window glass, but still consistently stays within about 10% (was hooked up at 80%, and stays 72% - 75%. Third camera is my sister's, outside, south facing. Her camera has stayed at 100% since she hooked it up about a month ago. Great value for the price.

Worthless for powering Arlo Pro 2 cameras
I bought this solar panel to power my Arlo Pro 2 outdoor security cameras. I read comments here on Amazon suggesting outstanding success powering Ring Stick-up cameras.Everything is fine and dandy when the panel is in bright sunshine. Things also appear to be fine with the panel with zero sun exposure. However with cloudy skies or times near dawn or dusk when there is some (but limited) sunlight, the batteries on my cameras drain like a sieve! And while my Arlo Pro 2 batteries do not drain in full sunlight, they do not charge enough to overcome all the battery drainage that occurs during limited sunlight.I would love to return these for a refund, but Amazon says this item is no returnable.

Works with Original Ring Stickup Cams
When Ring abandoned its loyal original Ring customers by selling out to Amazon then rolling out their Ring battery stick up cams, they discontinued the solar panels that worked with the Original Ring Stickup Cams. For those of us who had invested a lot of $$ on the original systems, this was an insult! So, the only replacement available is this off brand 2W 6volt option to replace it. Is it perfect? NO. They will not last as long, but some I have have lasted 3-4 years...some, 1-2 years. The solar surface is the same size as the original Ring solar panel, but without the mounting case. Without the mounting case, attaching to the roof creates the need for a solution. To mount on your roof, you could use mounting brackets like the AOOHOOA Solar Panel Mounting Z Brackets with Nuts and Bolts for RV Camper,Boat,Wall and Other Off Gird Roof Installation,A Set of 4 Units (2 Set). Just be sure to charge your Original Stickup Cam fully as you’ve done before, THEN attach them outside to your solar panel, as they will not charge your Original Stickup Cam from a zero charge. Hope this helps!

Did not work well at all for me
Plenty of strong sun, but lacking power. Numerous items say they are charging but don't actually charge from this.Disappointed but kept trying and testing until it's too late to return. At $10 I shouldn't have expected much.

Charges solar lights!
To be fair I didn't use this for what it was intended for but it's working great for me! I have these little solar walkway lights that only get about 1/2 hour of charge per day making them useless. I tried replacing the batteries but that wasn't the issue. Then just for fun I used some speaker wire to connect them in parallel and attached this larger solar panel to charge a few of them. Now they run for hours! I'd wire regular lights in but the area is difficult to get to with power so this works!

Dont buy it
Let me start by saying I was extremely excited to get this. I was taking a vacation and staying on an island and needed a solar panel to keep my phone & Bluetooth speaker charged for my music on the beach. To my surprise, I plug my speaker in to charge when we arrived there and it didn't work. I even left it try to charge in the direct sunlight for hours and nothing happened. I was so upset. I suggest you spens the extra few dollars and get something better. It will be worth it in the end. I ended up just wasting my money.

Does not pro ide the stated power
Does not provide the stated amount of power. I needed it for a 1W air pump in my outdoor pond. Per the specs, this panel should provide 2W, twice what I need. The pump only functioned in INTENSE, direct sunlight, but I needed it for more than 2 hours a day. 2 stars since it does technically function, but it doesn't function as stated. Also, buyer beware- no returns on this item!
