This is a weird review, but I used this on a cake-it needed to be a tropical theme. For anyone out there who wants to use this as a cake topper-worked great (ha!). I was afraid the trunks would be grey as they look in the picture, but they were brown so I was happy with it.

Miniature Palms are Top-Notch
Nicely detailed, two-color models of palm trees. Surprisingly fine palm fronds will require great attention-to-detail when removing from the sprues. Very big for 1/72 miniatures (though still acceptable); these trees would be more suitable for 1/35 scale dioramas or "heroic scale" tabletop wargaming. As with all Pegasus hard plastic models, the molding is excellent, flash is minimal, and detail is sharp.

Inexpensive and convincing Palm Trees
Compared to resin trunks and photo etched leaves they are a little less realistic but, for the price and a little work they will be very close to those much more expensive alternatives. They are actually very nicely done. You can make a jungle or beach very quickly and nicely.

Not Bad
Bought for a diorama, I had to re-paint but thats not un-common. For what I paid, it did the job.

Really easy to get this tabletop ready with just a little bit of dry brushing. Fits well with 1/72 and 28mm figs
