Whats the expiry date on this?

The expiration date will differ on different orders. I honestly don't even recall seeing a date on the packages. They last as long as there is liquid in them. The scent is only strong for the first week.

Is this real lavender?

It smells very much like lavender. Not as strong as the plant, but very nice indeed

Is this 2 packs with 6 inserts in each pack which makes a total of 12 plug in refills?

No it only have two in it with too inserts that all

I don't know haven't seen the new cartridges but I would think so.
