Can this soap be used to clear scars on legs?

I'm concentrating on my knees and elbows because they are dark. I see a difference on my knees from 1 bar. Even though I use it all over. I'm slowly waiting longer before I rinse off. I don't know about scars on the legs. The soap is not that expensive, all I can say try it and see if it make a difference.

Do you wash with cold water or warm water for better results ?

I use warm water to wipe it off my face then once it's completely removed. I pat my face with a cold towel for about 3 minutes, this way you are closing your pores.

Does it get rid of mosquito bites scars?

I'm not sure if it gets rid of mosquito bite scars. I have always used this soap to lighten my skin but I didn't get the best reults from this product.

Can this get rid of a tan on an African American?
