I bought these after my trauma therapist suggested them as a calming aid. The balls are beautiful in appearance and not too big. Playing with them has left me in fits of belly laughter (excuse my dirty mind). I think it takes practice to learn how to manoeuvre them the way they’re supposed to, it’s definitely helping my mental health though. Chimes are so lovely inside and those are also very calming too. As for the box, I had read some negative reviews regarding the box that state they “look cheap”, let’s be honest though. These are handmade boxes for a product under £20. Personally, I think the box is lovely. 10/10 recommend this to everyone whether it be for arthritis or mental health.

The balls themselves are beautiful. The box is very small and a little tatty which did ruin the whole look as they were bought as a gift

Beautiful little box and set, bought as a gift for dad who suffers with his hands. Great way to circulate and stimulate use of muscles.

These look great. The painted designs are nice, the chime is soothing and the little Chinese box is nice. Ignore people saying it’s rubbish, the box is what it is. It looks nice and a bit handmade and it holds the balls whilst they aren’t in your hand
