I love my backyard patio furniture. My only wish I had hooks for the back and bottom pillow so they would not move, but definitely worth the buy. Easy to assemble as well, my husband did a wonderful job.

It took a while to put together but it's easily one of my favorite purchases of the year. Comfortable and room for the whole family.

It is a beautiful product. It is comfortable,sturdy but not so easy to assemble. But once you get the first part together then it is easy.it took around 6 hrs for my husband to put it together. I had to leave him to doing it by his self .so I'm sure it made it easier for him to get it done. I am going to put velcro on the back of the seat to keep the cushions stable. I love the outcome we had with this set.Im sure others would enjoy it also.

Arrived on time and wasn't difficult to assemble. It took 2 of us about 1.5hrs. It was missing some parts (the feet & clips to hold the individual sectional chairs together). Customer service was fabulous! I contacted the seller & they promptly resolved the problem. This sectional is well made, especially for the price. The plastic rattan is thick, and to me, appears to be exactly the same as other brands that are 4x's the price. The cushions have zippered removable covers for washing & there are elastic loop & toggles to hold the cushions in place. They are a tad on the thin side, but they are still comfortable & with some added toss pillows, it's just perfect. It also has a very low profile, which is great because it doesn't block views out of my windows. I am using this in an indoor sunroom, but, I do think it would be fine outside if properly cared for. (It does state in the directions to remove the glass or cover the table from direct sunlight when not in use because it could melt the table rattan) I did have to make my own feet, which I chose to make a little taller ( I cut a 4x4 into 2.5" chunks & stained them gray). The ones that would've been included are 1" so my set sits up a little higher. Overall, it's a great set for this price & I would definitely recommend it!!

Very cheaply made not happy

Firstly don't read every review, assembly is NOT that difficult and did it all by myself. Arrangement gives plenty of choices how you want it to sit. Cushions seem sturdy, back of couch originally seems low but try it as it seems to work and also seems to follow may store sold units today. Total surprise, friend has exactly the same set in different color and both agree of its value for money. And they entertain far more than we do. Ours seem to be grandkid friendly as they haven't terrorized it yet so there's a win.

The product came to me with rips in the wicker, the wicker was laced over 85% of the screw holes, 3 of my large pieces were bent causing the couch to slant and wobble, the material was cheap, and it wasn’t comfortable. My family and I sat down to have dinner on this couch, after the 4 hours of assembling, and were very disappointed in the product. I have asked to return the product and the company is not working with me in regards to a return. I have asked for new boxes to return the product and their response was to hold off on returning the product as they know it is difficult to complete this task. They are also going to make me pay for the return shipping. With the company not working to help me alleviate these issues, I am going to end up sending this product back in 6-7 different boxes versus the 3 that they sent because unfortunately, I can’t buy boxes that are the exact dimensions they sent the product in. My professional opinion would be to steer clear of this product. It is by no means what you are expecting and learn from my experience when it comes to returning it.

I thought it was gonna be too small but it actually is a perfect size. And was very easy to assemble. I love it because we can rearrange the pieces however we like. Good purchase
