Not waterproof!!!
It really looks good, and is kinda comfy. But is it not waterproof, which is not acceptable. The sponge inside gets soaked in water when rains, and when you sit on it your whole bottom gets wet. Not pleasant, believe me. It shouldn't be stitched on the top.
