I like the look and function of this item, and it does fit the leather cord I bought it for, BUT it is definitely smaller than the other closures that I purchased the same day, which looks more like 5 mm, and this item will not fit other "5 mm" cords that I already have at home. Maybe the size was measured from the outside not the inside? I don't know how I can have different closures and cords that all say 5mm, but are clearly different sizes???

So, I will say that I think these, as a product, seem to be solid. This is my first experience with clasps like these, and I'm not a fan. You really have to make sure that when you're attaching them to cord (or whatever), that you have them positioned correctly. My first attempt, I didn't think about this, so the clasp doesn't lock into place with the cord in it's "relaxed" state (for lack of a better term).

This item came on time. I got the black to use on mens jewery. Nice, it is just liked pictured,good quality, very sturdy and well made. Magnet is strong.package was wrapped securely.

C’est inscrit que les fermoirs font sur plusieurs grosseurs de cordons de cuir et c’est pas le cas .J’ai un cordon de cuir de 5 mm et il y avait aucun fermoir que je peux utilisé.Mais je vais pas retourner la commande parce que je vais les utilisés pour autre chose.
