I got recommended of this product by my friend to try it. There is no flavour in the powder, which is very good and easy to drink just with water or other liquids. But it seems nothing changes in my body after one week drinking.

I love this fiber supplement. It is easy to mix with either hot or cold drinks. I usually mix it with my protein shake and collagen powder for my breakfast. It really helps with my digestion being on GLP1 medication.
