These are perfect. Have been using them for several years now. These are snug but don't choke you. They haven't stretched out either like I thought they might. Incredible product. Ordered a few more. update for 4/19/19. I've only had 1 that eventually stretched out that I tossed away. All the others (from 2 orders) have remained usable. I don't use them daily but when I do need them, they've been reliable.

I am at that odd size where a 17" neck is just a little too tight and an 18" neck is loose and the rest of the shirt is just too big. So, I use these collar extenders. They work like a charm. They are comfortable and easy to use. They are also good for people with arthritic fingers; they make it easy to close those top buttons on most dress shirts. I recommend these extenders for anyone who needs just a little extra room.

Bought these collar extenders as my shirts were getting a little tight around the neck. They work as intended and if you are wearing a tie are hardly noticeable. They can be a little difficult to fasten at first, button is a little small so can be hard to grasp on to but after a couple of times you'll get the hang of it. Docked a star as after a few times wearing the springy part has started to stretch and show the thread underneath. Not a huge deal, they still work but could be a little stronger.

Love em! I had three shirts that still fit, but my neck had grown too big for them, and so I wasn't using anymore (or wearing unbuttoned using my tie to hold collar together). Made of metal springs, these clips are durable, and stretch to fit another 1/2-full neck size larger than your shirt size. Recommended for anyone who's outgrown their neck size, but the shirt still fits.

These do what they are intended to do, they give you an extra bit of space around your neck when you're top button is done up. HOWEVER, they are difficult to use. Getting the springy end around your shirt button is difficult, and then once you've got it on, getting the metal button through the shirt's button hole is a double challenge. It's much smaller than a normal size shirt button, and while you're trying to button it, the springy end tends to come off the other side. Great idea, just be warned you'll need a bit more time doing up your shirt buttons with this.

Collar expanders - as I get older I notice my neck size has increased. The expanders allow me to use ties - on shirts that still fit except at the neck with a tie. Recommend. Good price, quick delivery.

These arrived today and I promptly went upstairs and tried one with a shirt that was too small for me to button to get a tie on. I wear a size 32/33 17 1/2 shirt and have about an 18 inch neck, so I can't button any of the shirts I won to wear a tie. I work out a lot and am not overweight or out of shape, just blessed with a relatively thick neck I guess. I did not want to have to buy shirts that were way to big in order to be able to wear a suit so I thought this would be a good way to let me use the shirts I wear everyday with a tie. This went on easy, was easy to button, and remained invisible with a tie on. Thanks to these I can now wear my existing shirts with my suits.

I will admit, I have put on a few pounds recently. I am finding that my shirts are not quite buttoning up but I do not want to get rid of my collection because it would be costly as the fact I am currently doing the INSANITY: 60-Day Total Body Conditioning Workout DVD Program and expect to lose weight. Solution? Collar extenders. These extenders do exactly what they are called. They help to extend the top button of your button up shirt a half size or so. This helped me tremendously. I no longer felt like I was being choked to death but felt a level of comfort once the extenders were in place. They are durable and I feel they will be with me at lease the 60 days needed until I complete my first round of Insanity 60 Day workout which, hopefully, I will lose some weight in the process. You need to wear these guys with a tie, though. I have seen individuals wear extenders without a tie and it looks very tacky and unprofessional.
