Yes, I'm buying a battery for my 22-year-old DSLR. Why? Because I can. This battery fits my beloved E-1 perfectly and holds a charge for ages. Now I can keep shooting while my friends talk about their fancy 100-megapixel mirrorless cameras. This isn't just a battery; it's a statement. A statement that says, "I'm not done with this camera yet." Works great.

I bought this for my Olympus Evolt E510. The original battery had finally gone flat, It took a while to charge, but it was worth waiting for. I can shoot for hours before it gets halfway. At this price, it's a good bet.

I ordered a battery for an Olympus E510 camera. The battery arrived promptly and was the correct battery. It charged but would not power the camera. I notified the seller and they immediately shipped another battery that functions flawlessly. Excellent service after the sale.

Battery got here. Packaging was fine. But when I put the battery on the charger, it said it was charged so I put it in the camera. Camera would not turn on. Battery page said that it was compatible with Olympus E-510 cameras and it looks identical to the one I wanted to replace, but either this battery is junk to begin with, or it sat on the shelf so long that it was no longer functional. After I found out it was not charged, I put it back on the charger, and it gave a green light within minutes. Checked it in the camera again.. and nope, no juice. I don't know if it is not holding a charge, isn't as compatible with the camera as they said it was, doesn't like the charger (charger works for the other battery just fine.. but my orig battery is very old and I wanted it replaced.) No clue what is wrong with this battery. I am going to try to call the company and let them know about this before returning this battery to amazon. This just makes the company look bad. I hope the other battery set (same brand - different camera/size batteries) that I bought functions better than this one does or it is going back too. Very much not happy with this product.

My first time buying this brand of replacement battery for my Olympus. I have had bad luck with other brands in the past. This one fits fine and took a full charge. Time will tell how the capacity fares.

My father gave me his old Olympus camera and I absolutely love it.. it takes absolutely gorgeous and professional looking photos. I was using the original battery and let's just say that was not a good idea because I would get about 5% battery use even on a charge battery. I was so thrilled to find another battery for this camera. So far it has worked wonderful and I haven't lost any battery life

Batteries seem OK. I cannot evaluate longevity yet.
