It tastes pretty good, one teaspoon is enough to make in concentrated in taste, I added some soy milk. I didn't need any sweetner, the flvour is good on its own!

I have been experimenting with different mushroom blends, as all the hype about us needing adaptogens in our lives has finally got to me. Some blends gave me mood swings, others kept me up all night as if I’d drunk 4 espressos. After much research, I discovered that Reishi would be a good calming, grounding mushroom that will aid sleep. It certainly did that after just a few days of 1/2 a teaspoon in my daily morning coffee. I drifted off to sleep easily, slept very heavily for 8 hours and woke easily feeling refreshed. Great. However…. I have had the same, consistent diet for years, I don’t eat ultra processed foods, I exercise daily and my weight is consistent and maintained. However, I noticed after 3-4 weeks of using this powder daily that I was gaining weight! I had puffy cheeks, tight jeans, slower digestion and enormous chest!!! (I’m female). I also noticed heavier and more painful menses. After more research, I discovered that reishi interacts with progesterone to help with sleep and calmer moods…. This also tricks your body into retaining a tonne of water!!! My body basically thought it was pregnant permanently!!! I’ve since stopped using reishi and my weight is dropping back to its normal level. My chest is reducing again and my jeans are almost doing up! SO, while this blend is great for sleep, if you are a female, please use with caution as the water retention and the elevated progesterone is UNREAL! Something I wish I’d known before using!

Brilliant, I have it with black coffee in the morning. It really boosts my immune system, no illness since I have been taking it. I highly recommend it for those who don't mind an earthy flavour, it keeps your energy level up.

You do not get 100g of powder! The bag+powder is 100g. I do not know how many grams of powder i got. Very unhappy becouse of that. The powder it self is good.

alla sera un cucchiaino in acqua calda , che lascio riposare per 10-15 minuti, il sapore è buono , almeno per quello che mi riguarda , assomiglia un po al caffè, sicuramente un buon aiuto per mantenersi in salute
