Much better deal than timberlok
I am an older contractor. We have gone through numerous 250 count buckets of 4" (and other lengths) timberloks over many years. Locally the typical bucket of timberlok goes for $149.99...these were $56. They compare well in size to the hex head timberlok. My micrometer says the shank on the woodpro is .200", vs, .195" for the timberlok. The threads per inch is almost the same and the diameter on the woodpro threads is .282" vs. .263 on the timberlok. The torx head does well and the head has more surface area than the timberlok, hence they don't pull through as easily. The thread length is optimized for attaching nominal 2x stock. It runs up the shaft about 2-1/2". I just used them on 2x roughcut and they worked fine if you overdrive them a moment to pull the stock together. The temper seems good as does the finish, but time will tell. It's a much nicer screw for a realistic price. I am going to stop wasting money on timberloks.

Excellent product and a great value
Using these to build a pole barn. The coating is consistent from screw to screw. They drive easily with 18v brushless drivers. They have tremendous holding power, enough to will flatten badly cupped SYP 2x lumber. And they are so much faster than thru-drilling and bolting. Great product.

Great Lag screws at a bargain price.
these fasteners are used by me to build Handycap ramps. We use the 3 or 4-inch lag screws in place of 3/8" carriage bolds to hold modules together (joining 2x6 lumber together). Although they are more expensive than carriage bolts, they are faster and easier to install (no hole needed) and they provide excellent strength and weather resistance. These are same quality (as far as I can tell) and much cheaper than national brands found in hardware stores.

Equal Too or Better Than GRK
Great quality fastener, coating is thick. Drives easy. Color is more of a grey, but I contacted the company (B and C Eagle) who stated the color is what PPG (the coating company) calls gold, and it is rated for treated.

Beefy!
Used for a retaining wall with pressure treated 4x4s. These have a very thick costing and use a large torx (T30?) so you don't have to worry about stripping. They go in smoothly and have all the special geometry screw features like other more expensive lag screws. The kit included one torx bit. Shipped loosely In a cardboard box. Could be better, but I'm not complaining for the price! These are a much better value compared to what hardware stores charge! Well worth it.

Good buy
Very happy with this purchase. Heads hold solid and donโt strip out and donโt even have to pre drill through hard wood to put in a new barn floor. Bought 500 of these. Used 300 so far and only found one flawed screw. These were half price of my local menards.

Super quality high-value fasteners
Have used various lengths of this style of WoodProโs structural screws, side-by-side with GRK RSSโs, over 5 years as go-to fasteners when I need solid, highly reliable, weather-coated, consistent drive, low drive-power, non-splitting structural connections. Large rafter to beam, floor joists to girts, ledger boards, rail-ties, post-and-beam wall framing, etc: 3/8x10โ, 3/8x8โ, 5/16x6โ, 5/16x4โ, 5/16x4-1/2โ, 1/4x2-1/2โ, etc. I just ordered 1750 quantity of the 5/16x4โ for securing almost 4000 lineal feet of 2x6โ rough planking for a timber frame roof. Also just ordered 1250 of the 5/16x6โ for wall strapping through thick exterior insulation board and sheathing into wall framing in a high wind area. These allow me a no-second guessing connection in a high wind area on the Bay of Fundy. I use these interchangeably with GRK RSS (when i need 3/8x12โ or other incremental sizes). They are suitable replacements with equal connection strengths. The WoodProโs are generally, but not always, a little bit lower unit price than the GRK. The quantity/price mix of each needs to assessed for each project as both manufacturers have different ways of supplying quantities which drives the package price.

Great quality and value.
Highly recommend. Price is right, coating seems tough and they are plenty strong. There is a bit included but its useless (because too short), I would advise manufacturor to save a penny and not include it.

Save money and build it right!
These are the modern replacement of things like carriage bolts. No pre-drilling required. Super fast and incredibly strong. Also corrosion resistance and can be used on pressure treated lumber. The price of these large boxes makes it a great deal compared to DIY box stores. They are expensive per unit but worth every penny. As a pro renovator these are a staple of my tool boxes and it is nice to find a more economical supplier.

Good quality, strong none broke.
The screws are very strong, great value for the price, as good as the more expensive versions.
