How do you clean this? Is the inner cup or blades removable for cleaning?

The inner cup and blades are not removable for cleaning. I use a soft brush. It's great for cleaning grinds out of your grinder.

does this grinder do coarse and fine for spices

This grinder has one speed and has no settings for coarse or fine etc. You control how fine something is ground by varying the grind time... or by pulsing the button manually. It's a good sturdy grinder and would likely grind up any spices that you might want to put in it though.

Not the unit I bought - mine is 110V, 60 HZ (US version). Since Krups is a German manufacturer, I feel fairly sure that it would be available in a 220V, 50HZ version.

Amazon sells things made all over the world as do all other off and online retailers. Tell your congressman to introduce legislation to have American companies that make things overseas pay a stiff tariff or penalty for doing so to help keep jobs in America. If the Congressman or Senator is a conservative, don't waste your time...they are in on it or want to be in on it. Free market economy and all that rubbish...laissez-faire or Free-market anarchism...NAFTA, FTAA and CAFTA seals the deal, we are out of jobs.
