UPDATE: Sister saw it in action and HAD to have one, so just received my second one! Thanks ThisWorx! Some complaints on here really made me hesitate on this vacuum... But eventually I thought, "It's Amazon, let's roll the dice and try it out." To those complaining it's loud... Thank you. It's because of you that I find this vacuum to be surprisingly quiet for its suction power. When I first switched it on, I thought it was too quiet to have any capability... It concerned me that it was quieter than a hair dryer. It emits a low-whir that you can easily converse over without yelling. To those complaining it doesn't suck... Thank you as well. With expectations set low, I was surprised to only have to hand-pick 2 tiny rocks from the floors. This little guy picked up at least 1/2 a pound of sand off my floors mats and roughly a half-ounce of accumulated puppy hair... I ended up having to empty it out 5 times (yes, it had been months since I'd cleaned my car). Bonus stuff? The carrying case is a nice touch to be able to keep it all together. The accessories are more usable than you'd think... Puppy hair not coming up? Use the brush attachment! Hard to get between those seats? Use the narrow extension! It's so well thought out. If you're expecting this to suck a golf ball through a straw, it won't. It's NOT a shop vac. It's a 12v cig plug vacuum designed for portable/on-the-go clean up... and it delivers! The build quality is fair for it's price-point... don't expect buttons, switches or anything else to feel "top notch". But in terms of function, it seems to have the goods. And unless the motor is absolute junk, it should last a very long time with proper upkeep and as-intended use. Overall: An absolutely awesome value.

I saw this advertised during the Amazon Deal day and impulse purchased it. I had been looking for a mini vacuum to keep in my new car so I didn't have to lug around the big shop-vac each time I needed to clean the car. I really didn't have high hopes but thought that I would give it a try since it was a such great price. WOW what a pleasant surprise. I love this little vacuum. I don't know where to begin to list all of the positives about this product. This vacuum includes many attachments that are easily attached and removed. All fit inside an attractive and sturdy bag that zips up to keep all the pieces organized. I store it in the back compartment of my car in the compartment that holds my spare tire. The cord is long enough to reach all corners of my car, and the variety of attachments make it possible to clean every nook and cranny. The suction power is amazing. I have a dirt driveway so my floor mats gather many little stones and dirt. We travel to the beach frequently and it sucks up ALL the sand also! Another plus is that the cord plugs into the car so an extension cord or electric outlet source is not necessary. It is easy to empty and clean the dirt from the compartment. The filter removes and I just blow out the dust and return the filter in place, but I'm sure I could quickly rinse it or order a new one when the time comes. I have owned this vacuum for about 3 months. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and have shared the order link with friends and family. Even at full price I think this is a great value and a great purchase!

I purchased this to keep and use on our family boat. I got tired of hauling a hand vac back and forth. The price is great and I like the included case which will help me keep everything together on the boat. I haven't used in on the boat yet but I did use in in my basement and it picked up stuff pretty well. Not as much suction as my 18v Ryobi handvac but this unit is only 12v so that is to be expected. I gave it only 4 starts because the included brush is pretty minimal with only one row of bristles. I'm not sure how long it will last. Also the manual is printed in microscopic text size. You don't really need a manual for this unit but if one is included it should be legible without having to use a magnifying glass:-) All in all I'm happy with this purchase and unless the life of the unit is short I think it will do the job.

Honestly the only thing I would change is making a cordless option just for the sake of not having to run your car while vacuuming but even then I am not deducting a star because that would just be a nice bonus. The suction power on this is great! I haven't vacuumed my minivan since October and we did a cross country move with a messy 2 year old, 6 month old and 32 year old. When I was done vacuuming and doing a deep cleaning on the seats and floor, it looked really good. The cord length was long enough to get to the back of the van no problem! I'm so happy with this little vacuum! Great for deep cleaning, quick messes, and all! A great gift for parents with kids of any age because let's be honest most kids bring a little mess with them where ever they go.

I would not use this for deep cleaning. But I did a tryout with the vac in my car, and some basic, loose twigs were picked up by the device. However, my main use - and test - for any vacuum, is suction power when it comes to my metal grid furnace filter. That thing clogs so easily as the mesh is super layered and tight, it's basically a nightmare to keep clean but obviously must be a great filter. So, I try every type vacuum on the filter and found this vac didn't suction up as much as I would like. But it seems nothing does, not a pole vac, not a regular vacuum and not this. I still end up pounding the dust out of the grid. So this is okay as a vac, I guess, and you have your own test to do or default to auto use only. Because I like a vacuum to be multi-purpose I am disappointed this vac has to be powered out of the car lighter. It would be nice to have an electric socket option. That way you can plug it into a socket in your garage. Versatility is a great feature to have on a device.

It doesn’t even turn on—it immediately blows the fuse as soon as I plug it into my vehicle. I bought this vacuum quite a while ago, but today was the first time I actually used it. Since it was brand new, I expected it to work properly. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Not only does it not work, but it also caused damage to my vehicle’s electrical system. Every time I plug it into the 12V outlet, it immediately blows the fuse. I replaced the fuse three different times, hoping it was just a coincidence, but it happened every single time. I understand that I’m probably past the return window, and I no longer have the original packaging, so I’m not expecting a refund. I just want to warn other buyers. Be careful with this product—it may end up costing you time, money, and several replacement fuses instead of cleaning your vehicle. I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased this vacuum primarily to have a more compact and efficient tool for cleaning my car, as I found traditional shop vacs to be cumbersome for my needs. While it handles routine debris and dirt exceptionally well, I imagine that for exceptionally messy situations, particularly those involving heavy sand or large debris, a shop vac might still be the better choice. Update: After using this vacuum for over two years now, I can confidently say it has become an essential tool in my cleaning routine. I clean my car regularly, and during this time, I haven't encountered a single issue with the vacuum itself. All the attachments continue to function perfectly, showing no signs of cracking or wear in the plastic, which speaks volumes about its durability and quality. This vacuum has exceeded my expectations, making it a worthwhile investment for keeping my car tidy.

This is an excellent, inexpensive vacuum for dog hair in the car. I have a pittie mix who sheds like crazy, and a large floofy samoyed. This thing stores under the seat of my truck and works quite well to completely eliminate hair. I do have my truck floors covered with Chevy's rubber mats, so this vacuum has no issues taking hair off of rubber. The brush extension was useful to get hairs out of carpeting. I also use a puppy hammock across my back seats so that much of the hair is contained. However, anything that escapes the hammock gets taken care of by this vacuum. It comes in a great storage bag, and the bag is large enough to also fit a little swiffer duster. I highly recommend getting a handheld swiffer duster to add to this vacuum's storage bag. The end result is a great concealed cleaning kit for you car or truck.

Arrived a day earlier than expected. Love the bag as I can store it in the car. Cord length is long enough to reach the trunk of my CRV. Even better with the brush head to remove the dried gal leaves, but the suction can be better. Had to still remove the dried pine leaves by hand as it was embedded into the carpet. But it did the job!
