Any puppy users for this gate? What is the widest spacing between the decorative leaf design vines-can a puppy crawl through it?

Four inches is the widest space between the leaves, although I think the leaves could scrape them if they tried. If you have a puppy who might try to squeeze through I would recommend a gate for babies. And, these gates just sit on the floor so if they did try and squeeze through the gate would probably fall over. This gate works well for my shih tzus because they don't realize they could push through if they wanted, and it looks nice in the main area of my house. So, pups who might try to squeeze through, I wouldn't recommend it.

Does it come in one piece?

Yes, comes in 1 pc, just folds! It works great if your dog is not a jumper!

Can this be used outside where it may get wet?

I wouldn't leave outside, it is more for indoor use, might get rusty!
