Best in quality. It's pure pea isolate and nothing else. It's like literally floor, should be used to make chhilla or anything with mixing with daily floors. It feels a bit sticky and worst at taste if tried to drink like protein powder, but could be adjustable with few tweaks like adding other sweetners into it. It gives complete EAA profile, if combined with perfect substitute. For me, it's milk. So protein quality becomes perfect with more than 90% of DIAAS score. Also it's so cheap.

U can not drink it like whey protiens. That's why I suggest to make roti 1 portion of pea protien powder and 3 portion of aata. Digestion is very good u don't feel bloated. Value for money. Ferformance is also good 😌. I cut one star for taste and texture otherwise overall product is good.

I have moved from ON Gold Standard to this one. Most protein supplements have sucralose or some form of artificial sweeteners which is not good for the gut. I was looking for an unflavored alternative and Asitis is just perfect. it has complete amino profile and i feel just as great using this one vs ON Gold Standard. For those of you who feel this does not taste good, or it does not mix well - That is the point. It has no flavoring, no anti-caking or any other bull shit. just go for it. We are adults, not kids. We don't need it to taste "good"

First of all, it tastes horrible! But you're supposed to add it in upma/idli batter or make rotis with it. Fine. It still doesn't taste good. It tastes okay. And please don't make a mistake of drinking it with water. It just won't go down. I would be okay with the taste but there's another catch that I'm not okay with. It causes severe constipation with just one scoop a day. This is not just me. I made my wife try it once. She also got severe constipation. The only good thing is, it's the cheapest protein powder in the market. The one star is just for that. I'll never buy it again and probably have to throw it all away.

Worst taste ever.. I even feel like vomit coz of taste... But no digestion issue this is my time I am taking any protein... Rest is ok but taste... Now i mix in very very small quantity of water some half glass only... And try to finish it in one go... And then immediately after i either eat kismis or banana or drink my creatine orange flavor.. Also i chew some ajwain or sauf before drinking to get some taste benefit.. I have also tried adding chat masala.. That work little with taste.. Bit i prefer drinking water later instead with protein itself.. So now onwards only half glass or max 3 4th glass of water.. Which i can drink quick fast and at one go...

It easily mixes with water no plumps ,no digestion problem and i am feeling the difference . Better than expensive whey protiens .my body acceptedthis much easily

This is my first protein powder and I chose Plant based (though I am not intolerant to Whey) for two reasons: 1. Its 3 times lower in price and still have all essential Amino acids (but low in certain key amino acids which is strong point of whey protein) 2. Plant based and easy to digest without any stress for kidneys. I use 30g in morning (after weight training) a 30g evening after 1 hour cardio.
