I think this door knob is easy to install. I returned the expensive digital knob that would not connect to WiFi. It also would not open from the inside! Not good. Of course, it is simple, but does the job! It’s been working well.

Not great. It works but barely.

Okay, the door latch has two settings short and shorter. Nether one allowed the spindle to center. Little did I know, that when it's set the shorter setting, a third option appears and a long setting allowed me to fit the lock perfectly. I hope this helps.
