Viking Revolution Beard Balm Citrus & Sandalwood 2 Pack

I purchased the Citrus Scent Beard Balm, as my wife and I both enjoy Citrus/Tropical scents and felt that one would be a more mild scent that isn't overpowering or overly floral. So far I am extremely satisfied with both the scent and the quality of the Beard Balm. The Citrus Scent has great balance without being overpowering while still having an extremely fresh natural fruit scent and no lingering wax or chemical undertones. The Beard Balm's natural ingredients, especially the use of argan oil, was one of the main aspects that motivated my purchase of this brand over others. The results have been pleasantly surprising as well, again after only two uses. My beard, which is natural very thick and coarse, is becoming much softer and lighter and laying more naturally without bunching or crazy curling. An additional benefit is that it has not irritated my skin in any way. Typically with beard balms, an oily film builds up on my skin after several uses and causes itchy, dry, irritated patches of skin. However, so far there has been no feeling of wax or oil building up on my skin and there has been no patches of irritation or dry skin. I will absolutely be recommended this to all friends/family with a beard, especially given the very reasonable price of the product for such great quality.

Balm is good. New tin is thin and can be challenging to open if you don’t have little fingers. I wish it had a built in pry like most shoe polish tins have.

Good product good fragrance easy to use not messy happy with the purchase

I came across this brand a few years ago, in search of products for my husband’s beard. I’ll never buy anything else! One of the major things, most beard balms and washes have tea tree oil; this doesn’t. Very important because my husband is allergic to it. The smell is amazing on both of these, nice and not too strong.

The citrus balm is great. Feels great and smells great. But the container is the worst. It's thin so theres not much to grip on to twist open and if your hands are wet or there's any balm residue, the lid just becomes even harder to open. I much preferred their previous packaging where the container was taller and less wide.

Has decent hold with the mango butter in it, for me at least. Helps tame those random fly away hairs during the workday. I use it every morning with my shower and beard oil (from the same company) and I have been happy with the results. I have noticed if I put it on thick I get flakes in my beard, this is remedied by cutting the amount I use in half. A little really does go a long way with this balm. Other than that it's a great balm, with the added benefit of smelling good. My wife really loves the smell of this stuff.

I have been using this company’s products for a couple of years now. The products have been noting but great. And the new scents are rather nice. I am not a fan of the new container for the beard balm. It’s wide and shallow as seen in pictures, you can see the difference compared to the older tin. The new one is harder to hold and close when you have the product on your hands. If I don’t close it I end up dragging it off the vanity with my hairdryer cord and it get all over everything.
