Good product

I've bleached my hair for a long time and decided to try this to lighten my roots and brighten up my lengths. My natural hair is dark-medium brown, in any case a bit darker than is recommended for this product. My hair was in good condition before using this and is naturally curly, therefore can be a bit dry. I used 40vol peroxide with this and applied conditioner on hair areas that I didn't want the product to penetrate as much. I applied the mixture to the rest of my head and left it for about 40-50 minutes. After rinsing, I found it had lifted my roots decently but the lengths were comparatively grey. Hair felt in good condition after one application. After rinsing, I mixed up some more 12/81 and used weaker peroxide (10 vol mixed with 40vol). I applied a second time to my entire head for 20 minutes, and my roots lifted to a really nice platinum colour. After I rinsed my second application, I did a bleach rinse on my lengths that were a bit over-toned (a bit blue-grey looking), so just be aware of over-toning already bleached hair. The bleach rinse got rid of the over-toned look and my overall hair result was bright platinum. My hair was left in better condition than it would be with my regular bleaching routine. Normally I need to bleach twice and tone to get this result, so I am really pleased. It is still drying, but not as damaging as powder bleach. I'm impressed!

This product is normally very good & gives great results. Unfortunately this time I wasn't.t able to tell as the courier lost the parcel but to give Amazon customer service their due they sorted out a refund straight away.

Good product and easy to apply and spread evenly. However, I purchased two tubes and it was still not enough.

This permanent hair colour cream does the job perfectly. The grey coverage is brilliant—it takes to stubborn greys really well and leaves a completely even, natural-looking finish. Another huge plus is that it doesn't have a strong, harsh chemical smell like a lot of other permanent dyes do, which makes using it a much nicer experience. It mixes well, goes on easily, and gives salon-quality results at home. Highly recommend if you want solid coverage.

Secondo la mia parrucchiera o hair stylist (di fatto lo è 😊) questo il miglior colore in commercio da lei consigliato per poterlo applicare da sola in periodo di quarantena al fine di poter coprire la famosa riscrescita. Io sono una castana chiara con colpi di sole molto sottili che danno solo la sfumatura al colore pertanto mi ha consigliato il n6.0 e il n.7.0 a 20 vol ( 30gr 6.0 più 20gr 7.0 più 75gr di Ossigeno Wella 20 vol). Ottimo risultato.
