I’ve been spending way to much money on Starbucks matcha lattes, so I decided to finally try to make them at home and best decision I ever made! It’s so good! Now I can make matcha lattes at home without draining my bank account and without all the sugar Starbucks adds to their matcha. Don’t hesitate to buy!

This matcha is amazingly flavorful and fresh! I think something needs to be said that might help some prospective buyers. Matcha is often categorized into two types: ceremonial and culinary. I often see people cross-comparing the two - they shouldn’t. If you are looking for culinary-grade matcha YOU CANNOT GO WRONG with this VAHDAM matcha. I’ve been using matcha for years - I’ve made ice cream, cakes, even bread with this particular matcha and IT IS WONDERFUL... So educate yourself and make sure you’re not comparing your hamburger meat to filet and then blaming the butcher.

I didn’t know the difference between culinary grade and ceremonial grade when I got this. I had a different ceremonial matcha before this, compared them side by side and this one does not measure up. It smells dirty and weaker by comparison. My other ceremonial grade one smells sweeter, richer, cleaner, without the slightly bitter and dirty smell and taste. Color is more yellow green comparing to ceremonial grade too. I wouldn’t buy this again. The taste is not nearly as good as ceremonial grade matcha. I don’t use sweeteners so taste really matters.

I haven't tried it yet cause I just got it but it is 100% fresh. The smell is exquisite and the best part is you can make whatever you want! It can be a drink or a dessert like; matcha latter or mochi icecream. Recommend absolutely, especially if you dont have any stores near you to buy some.

I’m a big fan of matcha tea! The blendability of the tea is excellent with a Chasen (or small metal whisk). Sometimes I eat a mochi while drinking it so I don’t need to sweeten the matcha. Otherwise, I do add a spoon of sugar so it doesn’t taste too bitter. Avoid drinking it at night if caffeine keeps you awake. 😉

Title says it all! I'd recommend this brand to EVERYONE! I love it so much, I get ALL my green tea from Vahdam now because I've never tasted such pure and flavorful green tea before (and I've tried a lot of teas). I pay full price for all my products, this isn't promotional or whatever. Seriously, I highly recommend their matcha and their green tea leaves! I support businesses like this because we need more quality in this world! Try it!

I switched to matcha green tea back in 2019 and have tried quite a few different brands of matcha on Amazon. Some of the best are no longer available, some are subpar in quality, and some, such as this particular one, do NOT meet standards. There's a slight chance that I got a bad batch, but the color, aroma and taste of this one is not good. Ceremonial is supposed to be the best quality, but for this one, the smell was super grassy and overly strong, the color was a brownish green as opposed to vibrant green and the taste was just bad and bitter. In this occasion the price reflects the quality, I'm sorry to say. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did.

Poor quality. The powder is dull green and it does not have a good taste. Go with Jade leaf for high quality.

Es un té matcha de muy buena calidad, de color vibrante y gran sabor, de todos los que he probado hasta ahora, este es el que más me gustado, dentro de lo que es su sabor característico, este té es dulce y exquisito, le ha gustado hasta mi hermana que de normal no le gusta el matcha porque dice que sabe a césped, jajaja, y este si lo toma. Yo esencialmente lo que busco en este tipo de té es poder sustituir al café para mantenerme despierta sin que me ponga de los nervios cómo me pasa con el café, y este cumple su función, aparte que me parece que está muy rico. Por ello lo recomiendo y volveré a comprar sin duda.

It was my first time making a strawberry Matcha Iced Latte and it went very well. Love the taste of Matcha and it's definitely not bitter like some matcha powder may bring. Will buy again!

I purchased this powder because I really like the Matcha drinks at Starbucks, but I don’t like the price of them so I bought this to make the drinks at home and if you put four or 5 teaspoons of powder in your drinks as you make them, they taste identical to Starbucks actually they’re a little bit better than Starbucks. My only disappointment was the package is really small and I was unhappy about that at first, however you actually get a lot in this little package and I still have tons left over so I would recommend this product.

Gekauft in der Hoffnung, dass dies ein guter, nicht zu teurer Matcha sein könnte, und habe optimistisch gleich mehrere Portionen gekauft. Danke, früheres ich! Bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Die Farbe ist frisch und leuchtend grün, der Geschmack leicht, mild und die Wirkung typisch Matcha (langer, sanfter Auftrieb). Toll als Getränk, zum Backen finde ich ihn fast etwas schade, auch wenn die Farbe in Gebäck bestimmt toll werden würde. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich zwar sehr empfindlich gegen Bitterstoffe, aber sonst nicht extrem anspruchsvoll bin, da ich den Matcha weniger für Teezeremonien denn für alltägliche, leckere Energieaufnahme verwende, meist als leichten Tee und jetzt im Sommer auch gerne kalt mit etwas Limette oder einem Schluck Maracujasaft (die Kombi finde ich genial!). Die Packung ist wiederverschließbar, im Kühlschrank scheint sich kein Aroma zu verlieren, er dunkelt auch nicht nach. Würde ihn bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
