Really good steamer. I have ordered tgis for myself and for my family. Works well and the amount of steam is good.

A Good steamer

The product is good and the plastic material they used is very strong, the functionality and steam flow is superb, however the water container at the back is not having any lock mechanism, it is a major downside because whenever you lift or shake the steamer while it is on, the hot water will spill out into your hands. Though they claim there will be no plastic smell while in operation, i could still smell the strong plastic smell, i think this won’t be avoided when the casing is made out of plastic And I don’t see the On switch with lights on does not turn off automatically when the water runs out.

The product arrived in good condition and was easy to set up. The packaging/boxing can be improved a little, but the product itself feels good and works as expected. The steamer heats up quickly and starts producing steam within a short time. It is very easy to operate, even for first-time users. The nano steam is smooth and comfortable to use. I purchased it mainly for steam inhalation and facial steaming, and my first impression is positive. Will update the review after using it for a longer period. Product is amazing but one thing which I don’t like is product packaging as Seller didn’t use Amazon packaging. Product is same as shown in the picture and is working properly

This is probably the worst and dangerous decision anyone can take by purchasing this product. To be honest, I'm one such person who never write a negative review or 1 star rating but i had to do so with this product. Those who are sensible enough should pay attention what serious damage it can cause to your near and dear one's. This product contains UV or OZONE lamp or something which is very dangerous for lungs. Don't believe me!! Just Google yourself. It was an eye-opener for us. Once you start taking the steam, you can sense the smell of OZONE. Though we respect that manufacturer and distributor has tried his best to give a quality product by adding UV to this but honestly he or she is probably unaware of how much damage it can do to your lungs by ozone enriched steam. In my opinion, the fault of the manufacturer or provider is to ADVERTISE such product as usable in steam inhalation during cold etc.(READ DISCLAIMER AT THE BOTTOM). This is undoubtedly good for skin care and other things but definitely not at all SAFE for Steam / Vaporizer. Another worst part : THE PRODUCT IS NON RETURNABLE. SO WE HAVE WASTED INR 2000/- Approx. for something which is unusable now and unfortunately kept as lifelong quarantine product. (Sarcasm) as we don't have any use of it apart from taking steam. All in all i would like to suggest manufacturer and the distributor to take down images that shows this product can be used for steam inhalation purpose. You will probably risk those who have lung problems and those too who still have normal lungs. Otherwise, it's a good quality product and durable when compared to most of the counterparts but a BIG NO for lungs. Note 1: I have rated everything 1 star so that the review remain visible when searched for lowest rating but if you are looking this product for anything except steam inhalation then its 10 out of 10. Note 2: To the manufacturer and the distributor (if these are the correct representation) It really felt bad while writing this review. Trust me. But i know deep down you yourself probably don't want to harm someone UNKNOWINGLY, esp at the time of COVID where people's life is at stake. Though product was expensive but still we didn't wanted to compromise on health thus we purchased it. Health comes first. But since it stand just opposite of it, we are bound to make people aware. If you would be in our shoes, you'll probably have done the same. Note 3: To all dear readers, Please understand the seriousness of the situation and please try to inquire this detail with each and every other steam Vaporizer product of any/ every other company. Buy only if you are sure it does not contain OZONE rich steam through any means. Money loss is not going to be a big deal here. Problem caused to your near and dear ones will be the biggest problem. I would like to request all the readers to spread a word about dangers of UV / OZONE enriched steam on their social media so that maximum people can understand the pros and cons of it. DISCLAIMER : Please note, as far as i know, UV rays when comes in contact with water creates OZONE which is dangerous for those who inhale it. Relatively low amounts can cause chest pain, coughing, shortness of breath and throat irritation. Ozone may also worsen chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and compromise the ability of the body to fight respiratory infections." Thanks

The product is good with a practical design. The handle behind it makes it easy to hold and manageable, the body becomes warm while using but not too much warm, you can grab it from the body too, but handle makes it even more convenient. One full take gives 10-15 min of steam and takes about 50 sec to properly start throwing the steam on using room temperature water during “Dec” Winters. It is provided along with “Aroma or essential oil tray” and “15 cotton pads” for using it with the tray. Also a plastic cover provided to cover the nozzle of machine. Steam’s heat is sufficient but requires to come a bit close to the nozzle for proper steam for cold and cough and could be used at a distance for facial or face steam. You might find it lesser if you used a utensil boiling water in it but trust me it’s sufficient. Issues I faced on 1st Use- 1)Steamer stopped automatically after 2-3 minutes even on tank is filled more than half and placed on a flat surface. And it remains off until I tilted it a bit. But this happens just once. Persistence issue - 1)Steam keeps slowing down for 2-3 sec after every 20-30 or 40 sec. But it might be a feature to protect it from overheat. 2) Steam flow and Heat is higher when used with Aroma Tray along with cotton pad in comparison of “without tray”. But it could be due to focused steam coming out through smaller nozzle while using it with tray and cotton pad. Features I like- 1) Automatic turn off when tank gets empty(button indicator will remain ON but Nozzle’s blue light indicator turns off which indicates machine got turned off internally) 2)Safe to use due to complete plastic body which prevent shocks and gives ability to hold and place somewhere else using its handle or its body without the worry of shocks. Cons- 1)The water tank has no lock mechanism, it comes out just by holding machine upside down. 2)Price is a bit on higher side. It should cost 1400-1500 max. Even room heater costs half of its price. 3) Putting cotton pads doesn’t create much of a difference. It dipped cotton pad in Vicks and then used it with steamer. It gives very low vicks vapour for only 5-6 sec and then comes to normal steam. So cotton pads kind of useless. 4)Brand mention “no plastic smell” but I am getting a plastic smell. Taking steam from steel utensils have no such smells. But its not too much. Might went away over time. 5)Don’t have different modes like towel warmer and humidifier. Other brands with lesser price have these features. 6)Only one colour(Pink) is provided. There is no other colour to choose between. Precautions- Use purified water for long life of the steamer as using tap water(hard water/khara pani) will cause to accumulation of white layer on the heating element inside, same as immersion Rod for heating bathing water got a hard white layer on regular use affects heating and proper functioning of heating element. Conclusion- Safety-wise its a great product due to auto power cut-off and overheat protection. I can recommend this. Just a feedback to brand for lowering its price by 500.
