Where it states... do not use for 48 hours after worming... what does this mean?  do i need to buy worms for it to work correctly?  should i get some

This simply means that when you give your pet a 'worming treatment', ie: you give your pet a tablet/paste to treat for hook worms, heartworms etc. that the waste should not then be added to the bin for 48 hours as it may also harm the good garden worms that live in your yard and are doing their part to break down the waste into fertilizer.  No, you certainly don't need to buy any worms. :)

Question 2

Will this work during the new england winter months?  i think it would just freeze up during winter but would work well during rest of the year.

My advice, do not waste your money on this item.  It is very flimsy plastic sheet that you have to assemble.  Sort of like origami using thick paperboard, only it is plastic board.  I returned my purchase.  Better, they make a product called Doggie Dooley, mine seems pretty durable.  I used it in Ohio last Winter just fine, most of the time when it wasn't covered in snow!

How frequently do you have to add the packets of enzymes?

Thanks for the question.  Simply give a light sprinkle each time you add a new 'layer' of waste.  You do NOT need to add the entire contents of the sachet, only a light sprinkle each time, making sure to save the remainder for the next time poop is added.

Can i add my " green matter" to compost also?

The Pet Waste Wizard enzymes are only designed to deal with Pet Waste.  If you wish to treat green matter from the kitchen you will need Kitchen Waste Wizard which has a different consortium to deal with Kitchen Waste.
If the green matter is from the garden, you will need Compost-It which is a different consortium to deal specifically with composting garden waste in just 4 weeks.
